Very happy with this TV but not with the store

Billy was extremely helpful and nice. We have bought 2 LG TVs from him. We were so happy with the service we recently came back to shop for a printer. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience and after trying to get help for about an hour and speaking with several people who said to wait under the big sign we left and gave our business to PC Richards. By the way the store was not busy and it was New Years Day. Patchogue store.
