They appreciate the great picture and sound quality, affordability, user-friendly setup, suitable size, and vibrant colors. However, customers are negative about the remote control, screen issues, limited HDMI ports, and slow performance. The worst
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I rarely write a poor review for a product. I only do this when a product is such an unexpected letdown, that I feel compelled to save others from the same tragic mistake. When a company has obviously turned out the cheapest junk possible to make margin at the expense of the consumer. I had two Sony 42” HDTV’s that were both purchased at the same time, I guess about 2008. They were LCD tv’s that were about 3000 dollars each. What a run I wish I NEVER gave them to my kids and replaced them. I bought a Samsung 52” HDTV almost exactly 4 years ago, I guess it was about 7-800 bucks. The picture was a letdown compared to the Sonys, even though they were a few generations newer. Tolerable as it was still sharp crisp, and defined. Just not realistic color. I got over it. In may of this year, at less that 4 years old, the picture just went black one day. I was watching it, nothing out of the ordinary happened, the picture just died. At first you could still see a shadow of picture on a corner. Then dead. I was pretty disappointed as I thought Samsung made a quality product. I set off to Best Buy to replace it. I saw an LG 50” HDTV, this. It was like 400 I think. On sale. Anyway. I should have turned around as soon as I realized this TV weighs about 15 lbs. it feels like a cheap cardboard fake tv you used to see on displays in stores. So flimsy, the screen looks like it would bend easily. Oh well it’s going on a TV stand never to be moved again. The real problems with this abomination started when I went to use it. I am a YouTube.tv user so I went to install YouTube.tv app on this thing, since it came with about 150 apps that you don’t want. Took me about 2 hours of sheer frustration to accomplish. There is no way for you to update anything on this TV until you register. Doesn’t matter if it’s firmware, the OS or apps. Then I began to attempt to install YouTube.tv. It was so frustrating I actually wanted to just smash this TV on my lawn with a golf iron. Profanities spewed from my mouth as each pointless attempt to navigate this “OS” resulted in no progress. Unless you hate yourself, do not buy this roach.

Great tv
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good tv, save with geeksquad verified discounted open box. Only buy as pick up though. Received by ups delivery in a beat up box with absolutely no type of padding or protection. Thank goodness it still looks good and works fine.

Good TV - Slow resolution - No Alexa "blue button"
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.* The resolution is slow, which makes watching fast moving sports a little disappointing, but I knew this was not even close to being a top of the line LG TV when I purchased it. You get what you pay for. * This TV comes with Alexa features built in, but the TV remote is a "universal" TV remote that is designed to work with all LG TV's, which means it does not have the Alexa "blue button", and that is needed to operate the Alexa feature. * If you are looking for a top quality LG TV, do not purchase this one, get one of the better LG TV's instead. But if you're looking for an average TV for simple use, then this is a great buy.

LG Smart TV
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great smart TV with built in LG channels, a smart app that allows you to control the tv from your phone, as well as hook up other streaming devices seamlessly. LG is an amazing brand and the TV does not disappoint.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv was delivered on time and with care. Easy to set up and use. It has good app installed and a nice amount of free channels from LG channels. Tv is no heavy at all and can be set up on wall or on furniture. Love it so far !

The perfect lights!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were looking for a long time but the right items were never found, we looked at several stores, then we found these lights. My goodness, they are the perfect addition to a room that needs some lightning but not too much brightness.

Alright for most.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s a good TV, I prefer the OLED one even though it is around double the price for a smaller screen. I think our living room LG 65” OLED just spoiled us and we couldn’t go from such a clear picture to UHD without feeling like we are losing out. My daughter loved it though.

Just What I Needed for the Bedroom
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed an LG for the bedroom but not state of the art for$$$$. The staff led me to the only remaining 7000 series. A bit wider than most but not noticeable in the bedroom on the wall. Works great!

TV purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my new TV. The salesman (Logan, I think) was very patient with me. I had a lot of questions. Answered them all and even helped me with comparisons of two others. Super guy. Will have no problem with asking for him again.

I enjoy this model upgrade looking forward to qled
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv isn’t going to be your best deal. But it is going to get the job done. It has e-arc/4k/great apps. Certain this will assure you it is a budget model but there are TVs out there for the same price. With less features. Choose wisely

Good bang for your buck
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good bang for your buck, and no laggy interface like some other smart TVs! Needs some settings adjustments out of the box, otherwise picture looks a little strange (but what TV don't you need to do this?).

Average tv, fair quality for the price
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have used this tv for almost a year now. It has been a fairly good tv except channel 2/FOX Network (in our area) keeps going out. We do not have cable, we use an antenna. We have to re-scan the tv about 3 times in a row while moving the antenna around the room to be able to get channel 2 in on the tv. Then if we shut the tv off, channel 2 goes out again. It is very frustrating! Also almost immediately when we started using this tv it seems to have faint glitching on the right side of the screen. It shows up as light colored stripes/bands about 10 inches wide. They last about 30 seconds then disappear. This happens periodically.
