He took the time to fully understand our needs. We are using the TV as a message board, not a regular TV. As a result we pitched the correct TV.

The quality overall is ok the lighting could adjusted, the colors is ok, sound is ok. However the picture quality could have been better in my opinion.

Only the big name TV brands have our local cable companies app and we weren't interested in buying a top of the line tv for the space we put it in.

Not good for streamers

I will say the picture is good, however, for someone like myself who only streams TV, this is an annoying TV to have mainly cause it will default to live TV through a Cable Box or Antenna everytime when you turn it on, and there is no way to turn that off. So you either have to hit the home button to get the main home screen or you need to adjust it to a feature which will bring up apps about 10-30 seconds after turning on the TV. I would def recommend a Fire or Roku TV as the OS

Great value for a smart TV
