    Good TV wish the controler had back loghts as it look and feels inexpensive. Controler could be much better. The TV volume is poor.

    Volumn problems

    At 100% volumn the TV is still low. Much lower than all other 6 TV's in the house. Checked all setting and the volumn is low and on some station dificult to hear.

    I must have received a defective TV because it freezes constantly and the connection goes in and out even though I have a good internet connection. Going to get a fire stick and hope that works because returning would be a pain. Great picture quality when it works though.

    Its ok for the sale price . I wouldnt buy it again. Picture is not very vibrant and poor in a sunny room. Sound is ok for flat screen .

    Nice but is only compatible with one web streaming. In order to get spectrum streaming you have to buy a roku.

    My tv is only a few years old and keeps making a loud popping sound i am afraid its going to blow up. The picture is okay. The sound quality is horrible !!!

    I do not recommend this TV unless you only plan to use it at night. The picture is terrible (almost fully black) if there’s any kind of sunlight in the room.

    The description of this TV does not match the description, both size and model to the TV I was sent . Once again Best Buy sent a tv that lower quality to the one I purchased .

    Already stopped working after 6 months. A warranty doesn’t mean much when you’re having to wait on the product being repaired. Never again shall I buy an LG product.

    No manual password for wifi

    Picture is ok, function is ok, this rating is just because i dont like that i had to download the app to set up the internet connection. None of my connections have insecure WPS connections so to get wifi i had to install the app because it wont let you manually enter a password.

    Horrible tv. Cant download apps and the woman in the store assured me i could. Tv is always buffering. Just dont like it

    Best Buy has terrible support and is misleading

    Best Buy doesn’t understand their own open box policies and their staff isn’t trained to understand them either. Both their online and phone support systems are a joke and any call to a store purposefully deflects phone calls to their overseas support line which is impotent to help you.

    This television does not let me add the streaming apps that I am subscribed to. It is scheduled to be picked up and returned on Tuesday. This is completely unacceptable and all of your sales staff needs to know about this, as to advise customers to purchase a different television.
