The picture is very nice. That is about the only good thing about it. The interface is horribly slow and unresponsive. It was so crappy I ended up hooking the Roku back up to it so I didn't have to use LG's horrible interface. How more people don't complain about this is amazing. The sound is trash too. I know thin TVs are not known for sound and for movies and thigs you kind of want external speakers/soundbar, but sometimes you just want to use the TV sound. I wish I would have retuned it.

Then the remote stopped working. I contacted LG and their customer service tried a bunch of stuff to get it to work but still not working. She got my app to work, then ordered me a new remote. That did not work either. I went and talked to a Best Buy manager and they got me a new TV, delivered and setup within a week. TV is great, but both the LG & BestBuy customer service - excellent

Great picture, works great with Apple TV

I noticed my other LG TVs just had a better picture and worked better with the Apple TV remote. My only gripe is that LG doesn’t have a true 40” TV and the 43” was almost as much as this 50” so I ended up getting a bigger TV than I wanted and it kind of overwhelmed the small wall where it’s mounted.

The picture is clear, bright and very detailed. I am noticing things on movies I have seen many times that I never noticed before. The sound is great. I love that it comes with LG Channels. I haven't used streaming before and this TV is the perfect way to try streaming for free. I love that the LG channels are easily found and have their own guide. I didn't realize before this TV that LG offered the extra channels included, but I am happy to have them.

Misleading box verses Product

Picture is great etc but the box is misleading. It says on the box, built in Alexa. Thought, cool! Can forget the firestick because it’s built in. Wrong… trying to set everything up I entered my amazon account info etc. remote isn’t compatible! The tv says it is and shows a different remote… contacted the Geek Squad. They looked further into this. Tv does not have a built in Alexa. I would have to add one! I purchased this because it was on sale and we own several LG products and my son pointed out after we picked it up, the box said BUILT IN ALEXA. We missed the return because it fell on Easter…

The only problem that I have had is that it won't load the PBS Passport App because of its web operating system.

Is a psycho. You need eleven (yes 11) steps to put the TV on sleep mode. And you need to have the lights in your room on or you'll never make it.Never in the middle of the night. Worst remote control I have ever seen. Confusing. Is more a puzzle than a remote control.

Great T.V. For A Great Price

It has a sharp, clear picture and great sound quality. I had a Visio before this and the sound was either too loud or too soft. So far, I have not had that experience with this tv. It's a great tv for a great price.
