I’m not sure if it’s the remote or the TV, but using certain apps can have a very noticeable delay time between button command and the command being taken. Picture quality is decent but colors could be better.

The remote is cluttered and leads to often hitting the wrong buttons. Considering how app-centric our TV usage is nowadays, the area to navigate and select apps is not well thought out. Another problem is the response time is slow; I would describe it as "lag". It's like the cpu or memory isn't quite enough. I was coming from a Samsung TV that died in 3.5 years. I wish I would've paid an additional $100 and just bought a Sony.
