My purchase of the 50" LG smart tv worked out perfectly after my old tv died.

This is a high quality tv. Beautiful picture but for the elderly, who may be technically challenged it is a bit complicated to get set up. I was ready to return it before I finally figured it out.

We purchased it 3 weeks ago and have used it daily since the Geek Squad set everything up with our cable service, etc. Very clear bright picture.

Got this TV for my son's room to play games. Thought the 60mhz speed might not be great with an XBOX X, but I haven't noticed ANY lag with Forza 5. Everyday use and quality of picture is what you would expect. I'm sure there are better TVs out there, but this worked out great for us.

I purchased the LG - 50” Class UQ75 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV about a month ago and it’s everything I need! Navigation throughout the programs are easy and if you have an issue with the TV itself there is online Supra’s well as a walkthrough manual in the settings that is awesome!

We use these in our offices to show monthly specials and marketing material. Works great. The best part is the programmable timer. You can set it to come on and go off all on its own. No one ever needs to touch it. These are on about 12 hours a day 24/7 and we have never had a problem. Picture is great too.

Excellent quality for the price! I do not feel like there are any shortcomings to mention. The image quality is outstanding, and the audio is of good quality as well. I hope this tv lasts a long time!

While the image and sound are good, the functionality needs work. The remote is terrible. There are a million buttons and it's not backlit so you have to look at it every time you want to press something. Plus, when you do press something, it doesn't respond or it goes to some other random screen. I had a Samsung TV before this TV, and the Samsung is definitely better. It's also super annoying when you want to use a game console, and you have to press input like 3 times (because it doesn't work), whereas the Samsung automatically switches over to the game console when you turn it on.

Some difficulties getting tv settings set up properly. Looked up online how to turn some bothersome settings off. After that, the tv has been great. Nice color and sound.

Nice picture quality. The user interface is a little cumbersome. I was unable to install the DirecTV Streaming App. This appears to be a problem on LG TV's.
