    The first TV arrived damaged. I was willing to keep as is for a discount but Best Buy would only give 10%. The second TV arrived in good condition and so far I am pleased with the picture quality

    Picture quality is great. Remote is so easy to use my 4 year olds can use it. But disappointed it does not have all apps available. Specifically, the Spectrum app is not available.
