    The TV is excellent but the remote is not. A lot of buttons and it is not backlit so if the room is dark…. Nuff said

    This TV constantly freezes, disconnects from wifi, just turns off, or just goes to the home screen for no reason. There is a 5 second delay after pressing any button. It is EXTREMELY SLOW TO RESPOND. The menus are not intuitive and multiple options are buried 4-5 menus deep for basic things. If you plan to use the built in WebOS without an external streaming device, ROKU, etc. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS TV. Picture quality is good, doesn't outweight the garbage UI this TV.
