Everybody at the store was very helpful not only in picking out the right product for me but answering any questions I had and check out was very easy. They even carried it out to the car for me.

Graphics for gaming is awesome, everything loads quickly, the tv is pretty snappy when it comes to opening apps. Overall a great tv. Definitely a great buy!

I actually traded it in for a different brand 55” for same price and it run firetv and I like that one far better!

LG - best buy - no good

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this tv has a great picture, but it has no ability to install the espn app. i spent hours on support call with LG and BB geeks and was told I needed to purchase a Roku stick to have espn. the store would not offer one and since it was an open box I could not return it. Also the remote is really not easy to navigate. the buttons are not easy to move to and always need to look at it before pressing anything. overall I would NOT recommend LG to anyone and it was my LAST purchase from best buy

LG TV for Bedroom

The actual purchase procedure went as smooth as clockwork. I have always had uneventful times when making Best Buy purchases.

Took some setting up with LG accounts and set up, but has great app availability and free LG tv channels which werent too bad and habe no more commercials than cable, although quite repetitive.
