They never instructed on the use of remote. We needed a 2nd and 3rd tech to finally help us. The final tech found that the sound bar was not plugged in to TV so now it works and he gave us time to learn about the use of the remote.

He was WRONG!! These TVs are terrible and I should have gone with my first choice. My sons barely loads anything and mine I have to unplug every few days as it disconnects to the internet and won’t reconnect unless I unplug it. Plus the screen quality is garbage. Never again will I buy an LG

We upgraded our smaller not smart TV. It had issues from the beginning with dropping WiFi. We assumed it was the distance and walls between the router and the TV. Looking back now at other reviews, it appears that it’s a common issue for others as well. My biggest issue is that now, after just over a year and a half of daily use, it appears that the backlight has gone out. Sound still works, but the screen is black. We’ve tried everything short of opening up the TV. I was under the impression that LG made quality products but after searching online, it appears my issue is a common one. It makes me worried for our other LG TV’s imminent failure.
