Excellent tv which is in its simplicity makes it one of my best choices of tv to purchase. Very clear picture and tone of features. This is a good smart tv and value for money.

This was the first time I purchased a LG Tv and I got to say I really like this tv the picture quality is great everything looks so clear, so much depth in the colors. The interface and technology that are built into this TV are bare none the BEST. Also the sound on this TV is also great! I love that it also has Bluetooth so if I want to play music on the tv I can or if I want to play something from my computer to the tv I was also able to do that as well! Over all a great choice!

I bought this TV a few months ago and was really impressed with the picture quality. Crystal clear! However, as time went on I noticed some issues that really lowered my ratings. First, good luck trying to watch darker movies. You can't see anything! I played around with the different modes, contrast, brightness, and backlight but nothing helped. Animated movies look great but not real life movies with darker appearances. Second, the remote and OS is awful. Buttons are too close together and when I scroll through the apps it has a one second lag. Third, I am a gamer and the gaming mode makes the games move great but the picture quality takes a big hit. Better off in standard mode but then there are input lag issues. What a bummer.

Picture on this tv is great! Set up was easy as well. Great product for a good price. Only complaint is the remote- should have a back light

Just purchased this unit for my basement. I don't think you can ever go wrong with LG TV's. Screen menu's and remote control are excellent, picture is fantastic, speakers or great, contrast is good. I did notice the processor is a little slow, however it works just fine, and after all this is a more of a budget line TV. I have an LG OLED in my main room and it is incredible. I've found LG TV's to be the best in the business year after year.

Awesome picture! Better than expected. It’s the clear type of picture where you can see the pores of the people on tv. Seriously. It’s very, very crisp picture quality. Easy to setup. Took like 15 mins. Mostly to log in to my apps. Easy to navigate. Sound is also really good. Took a star for the size. The screen is 50 but it just seems like my previous 50 was bigger. Could just be my perception. The slim is really slim. Takes up less space on my front room table. All in all, very happy with this purchase.

Absurd! First you cannot register this item on LG website, will not even permit you to type your name. The WebOs is terrible very time consuming and difficult to navigate, Very difficult to add providers like Prime or BritBox. Controller is setup in a non normal sequence in relationship to placement of buttons. Reuires login multiple times just to make a minor change in settings Our older LG TVs were much much better, old saying if it not broken do not fix, these days people change things that never required changing just so they can justify their job existence. We spent days comparing like and unlike TV's and this one came up the best and obviously it is not.

I purchased this tv a year ago. The picture is clear and vivid. Sound is good. Easy setup. Would buy again. Picture changes to what I'm watching or playing a game.

The TV itself is a 5 star product. Terrific color and great price. The remote is not user friendly, and there is practically NO owners manual. There is no lights on the controller, so you must be sitting in a lighted room to see it until you actually memorize it. I have YET to figure out how to play a DVD. I do have tech support, but hate to have to call them for a demo. This is my first new TV in 8 years, so I am behind I realize.

I absolutely adore my LG TVs I have bought LG 50 inch TVs for the past eight years I recommend them to my friends. I physically brought him to the store and had him by 255 inch TVs, and have the people come set them up because you cannot beat the quality of the extra channels that it has. They are absolutely wonderful. The only issue I have is the one I bought a couple months ago on the menu settings for you to scroll through And check your settings on your TV used to be in color and now they’re just gray and white and very difficult to see and the remote has been made more difficult to work the older remotes the buttons were easy to find like the close caption said CC and now the close caption buttons has just three… But the main thing is the color issue that was one of my favorite things because as soon as you hit your settings, everything was highlighted in color where you could go find what section you needed but other than that the picture quality is wonderful the sound setting options and you literally have over 500 other channels to watch on LG is platform I highly recommend them I just wish they would change the color settings back because it’s very hard to see the gray and white settings.

The screen is bright, clear and the user interface is easy to setup and use. I highly recommend the LG app for easy to use controls and quick app access. I use this in my den/office. I also purchased several of these to use as digital signage devices and conference room displays in my offices.

The picture quality is amazing—colors are vibrant, and the contrast is spot-on. It’s easy to use, quick, and looks great in any room. Perfect for movies or gaming.

This tv was amazing until 2 years in it completely went black. Sound was working but picture was dead. I would recommend this TV if you get the extended warranty just incase this happens to you. Overall picture quality was amazing and we really enjoyed the experience while it lasted.

Picture quality is great, sound is decent, very good TV for the price, have it mounted in the bedroom and haven’t had any major issues. The only issue I had when I bought it was the WiFi would randomly disconnect, and I found a thread online that had me change network settings on the TV and that fixed the issue.

Great TV for the price. I love it. The picture is good, and the color is on point.
