This is the worst tv that I have EVER bought. It’s slow and gets stuck so you have to unplug and replug it to restart it.The initial setup is why to tedious and should not be so many questions and account creations. The return period is only 14 days so I missed the return period and now will come out of pocket for a different brand because I just can’t take it.

I have yet to be able to down load APP's on my TV. First it is not very user friendly and requires many steps that at the end don't work. Considering taking the TV back.

We don’t love it. Constantly has connection issues and we had to purchase a $50 Magic Remote to use all of the options. Disappointed.

I wanted to try LG products but i had to return this Tv the volume was either too loud or too low even if we played with setting and the brightness was not for me . I went back to Samsung and so happy with my samsun now

Bought two. The first had a dark spot on the LCD. The second replacement was worse with wavey dark and light areas. LG either had quality control issues with this batch or the packaging is not good enough. My third try, a TCL (55 inch for the same price), was perfect. I noticed the packaging was better for that TV. The TCL screen was covered with plastic and the LG screens were not. The TCK also had a stiff 1/2 inch cardboard (with some extra soft foam) over the entire TV front, while the LG's only had a smaller floating piece of styrofoam. I have to give Best Buy credit for having a good return policy.

I just purchased this tv yesterday, taking it back today. Its so slow, and keeps stuck; i’ll hit the home button and it just stays on the same screen. The only thing good are the free lg channels, but they’re so fuzzy, cant even enjoy it.
