    Poor graphics, horrible interface, you get what you pay for and this is no exception. I needed a tv in my garage, bought this one, ended up giving it away and replacing it - it was that bad.

    Best Buy Won’t Help Me!

    I am at a loss. We purchased this a replacement and Best Buy and LG have always been our Go—To brands, but this tv for some reason keeps going in and out with the HDMI cables. Not a big deal, if they just fixed it. Except we keep getting the back and forth between BestBuy and LG and now left with a malfunctioned TV. Bestbuy never used to be like this. Oh, and we got the TV a month ago but it’s JUST outside their 30 day responsibility period. Great customer service. I’m actually writing this in hopes that someone from Best Buy will actually help me. I will update if so.

    Purchase this TV on Feb. 22, 2023, TV didn't last 2 years. TV screen lights up but has no picture.

    Defective TV. Continuous issues with WIFi connection when no other devices in the home have issues. Also, the remote in the package is not for this TV

    This thing is actually terrible, the tv's response time for every click on the remote is a solid 45 seconds, and sometimes not at all. Everything is up to date and fresh batteries as well.

    Honestly, the smart features of this tv are not great. Rarely stays connected to the internet and randomly exits out of whatever app you ate using.

    If I would've done just a little more research,I would've bought an entirely different brand than LG , why? Simply because it does not support the DIRECTV APP ,It supports everything else but DIRECTV.

    I returned this item because it was mot programmed to be user friendly when it came to adding the apps for watching the channels I wanted.
