First of all, why does everything setting up the TV call for a remote that was NOT PROVIDED. Meaning we have to buy a different remote if we wanted to use specific features instead of just providing the remote in the first place (referring to the magic remote). Secondly, I don't believe it's my internet because I've never had this issue prior, but the TV lags hard. No matter what you try to do. Especially the web OS though. Third, it could be Amazon's fault as well, but Alexa is worthless on this TV. Google's solutions do not work in the slightest, which means Alexa doesn't work at all on my TV.

Tried calling and was left on hold over 40 minutes until I hung up. The remote is not the correct one as pictured. Would not recommend this tv or Best Buy, Box was beat up, looks like an open box item.

I went to the Samsang online guidance, but they were not clear. After getting the TV to work, I was disappointed in the program selection process. Very confusing and hard to navigate . Also, the remote control is hard to use. The inputs are not obvious. I wish I never heard of Samsang. LG here I come!!
