The picture was not as bright as I would have liked it to be. Also, I difficulty link my Echo Show and problems downloading certain apps I needed. Moreover, there was a significant lag time when programs.

Complete Failure

After he tried setting it up, it had sound but no picture. Tried all recommendations for power cycling and resetting it for over 2 hours, unplugging it, re plugging it in, no other cords attached, etc and still no picture. Now Bestbuy won't take the return because it was shipped? I will never buy another LG tv or from Bestbuy again. He doesn't have a car so he couldn't return it to a store or a UPS store regardless. Horrible experience by both LG and Bestbuy.
