I’ll never buy a large electronic product here again. Was led to believe the salesperson knew what they were talking about since it was their section and I was assured this this was the best product and best TV, but my Samsung from 5+ years ago is more reliable and has more features. Maybe she was not trained well and it wasn’t intentional because she was very helpful but if I’m spending this much money don’t assure me and change my mind on my selection if you aren’t sure. Since it’s past the return period I’ll just have to live with a terrible TV and hope to warn others to stay away from LG and bestbuy. I’ll probably be canceling my account with bestbuy as soon as it’s paid off.

I sit to the left of the set and the picture is hazy white. If I am unable to get a better picture will be shipping back.

As elated as I was to purchase the item. The feeling soon deflated as I was "helped" by a group of apathetic workers. Had to lug around the tv and place on the cart on my own. Only for the clerk to take the tv off the cart scan and leave on the floor.

I Bought this lg December 29th, loved it. Now its not connecting with anything bluetooth. Calling lg tomorrow.

No cord no quality control

Bought tv for son opened it on Christmas only to find that the cord is missing. How can you not have it in package there is not many components to the tv

UQ9000 was my choice and I'm happy with it.and I did not notice the difference between ULED ,QLED and NANO. many different functions and settings.the control panel may be a bit long, but it may not be used yet. I would recommend this to a friend.

Great TV bad service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv is great BUT bought it as an open box special in “excellent” condition. Problem number 1. The remote wasn’t in there. Went back to the store and they did give me the magic remote (why I wanted this particular tv because it was included and you didn’t have to buy it later) so get it home and start setting it up and problem 2. It didn’t come with the screws for the legs. Went and found those at Home Depot and finally turned it on and problem 3. Everytime I use the remote it says “registering magic remote” then it says “this remote is not compatible with this tv” and it does this every time I hit anything on the remote even though it is technically working.
