However, as with any "different" unit, the remote has unique features I need to become acquainted with. The Geek Squad did an excellent job in removing the old TV and mounting this one in its place and taking the old dead unit with them. It was very beneficial having the BestBuy/Geek Squad annual service contract: Delivery, installation, the extended warranty and disposal of the old TV was without extra charge.
