I bought it as a gift for my mom who just opened it and we found a small scratch on the center of the screen. I wanted to return it for an exchange and the are not longer allowing me. I clearly remember I heard a noise and asked the Best Buy guide if the TV was okay he said yes, but now I understand he hit the TV with something.

LG sucks

I think it’s refurbished because it replaced my Samsung tv that broke. Whenever I turn it on it doesn’t recognize my wifi until I turn it on/off a few times.
