    I should have paid more attention when buying this tv. The picture is great but it’s slow to start up and switch between things. I don’t think I would get another web os tv.

    I’ve had it for just two days and want to return it if I could find another brand. I can’t stand tvs with glowing lights when it’s turned off; it messes with my sleep. The remote has too many unnecessary buttons and I didn’t know numbers were still a thing. I have to turn a light on to find what I need instead of by touch and memory like all other remotes in the house. One wrong press and I’m out of what I was watching and have to reload. There is a delayed connection between remote and tv; I have to press twice until I realize it’s a delayed signal which again can make you have to start all over. The sound quality is cheap.

      For the standby light disrupting your sleep, you can disable the LED indicator by going to Settings > All Settings > General > System > LED Indicator and toggling it off. That should help keep your room dark when the TV is off.

      Regarding the remote: we’ve passed along your input about the button arrangement and sensitivity to our design team for future consideration. For enhanced control, the LG ThinQ app on your smartphone might offer a smoother, more customizable alternative.

      Sound quality can also be tailored in Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or even improved by connecting a soundbar or Bluetooth speaker. And for the delay, try ensuring Quick Start+ is enabled under Settings > General > System for faster responsiveness.

    It was excited to receive the package. However, after opening the box and setting up the TV, it was disappointing to see that it couldn't be used with internal crack on the screen. There's no physical crack on the screen nor the box as we checked over and over again. We had to request a return immediately on the same day.

    I have only had the T.V. for about a month and the screen has pixelated glitch near the top center of the screen. I understand it was in the affordable size but, the quality of the t.v. should hold for at least a couple years.
