The best thing I bought for my new home was this 55" LG tv. People told me to get a Samsung which I did but I regretted it. In comparison to the LG, samsungs 55" smart tv's appear smaller.. But the LG TV looks bigger. The fact that I can connect my phone and watch Netflix is a plus. I use it to watch videos from my iPhone and Netflix. TIP: I figured out of u connect a USB mouse and keyboard It can type faster with searches such as on YouTube. Or our complicated wifi password that contain complicated characters. With Samsung I wasn't able to do that! I would recommend to everyone. This tv cost me about 520$ with taxes and free delivery. I'm glad I bought this TV. I am enjoying it

The time that I bought this tv, I was actually looking for a Samsung TV. The Associate at that time that helped us gave us an overview of the tv and asked us if we wanted to try it out. Lucky for us the tv was on display and we played around with the features. My husband loved the tv and we bought it. Good quality, volume and features!

Great tv. if you have big money go for another brand. if you are pinching pennies this is great for it's size. Clarity is perfect Wi-Fi is a bit slow but with Ethernet cable it's awesome . The apps it has are good but since I have cable and an xbox1 it's apps are of no use to me . Audio is great and better with a sound bar.

I got this TV as a gift for my husband. It's the perfect size for our living room, and of course, he finds it to be the perfect size for playing video games and being able to see all the details very clearly. Sound is great, image is definitely crisp and clear (if you're watching HD). This was definitely a good buy!

My plasma TV died :( Went to Best Buy & bought one of the LG's on display, which happened to be this model. Got it home, set it up ourselves and plugged it in. Done! Turned TV on and picture was as clear as the plasma! no fooling around with color, sharpening, contrast, etc. It was truly a "plug and play"! Love LG products!!

The picture is clear and sharp. The volume leaves something to be desired. For some reason depending on what is being watched the volume will fluctuate. Or sometimes I would have to,turn it up to 30 just to hear what is being said. Other than that, the tv works great. The remote is pretty basic.

Love this tv, great picture and built in smart tv functions. The only thing I don't like about the tv is how you have to point the remote perfectly in one spot or else it doesn't work

We casually researched a new TV for a couple weeks before deciding this LG from BestBuy was the one. Light, reliable and Smart. Priced below other sources. Ordered online and picked up in the store to make sure it worked. The staff at the store was very helpful in testing and losing the TV in my car. Installation and setup were a breeze. The TV is light and wall-mounted easily. We find the remote simple to use. It fits nicely in hand and has a good layout for everything we want to do. The picture is awesome. We thought we would need to amplify the audio but it is very powerful. I recommend this unit. -

This TV is great for someone like me. I watch very little tv but wanted something nice in my living room. The picture and sound are great. I am not a fan of the remote, which seems somewhat dated, but again it is fine for me. Good product for the value.

ha a clear picture and has not had any issues. We needed to add a sound bar to it as it is in a space in furniture that blocked the speakers
