The HDR and upscaling make nearly every picture amazing, even improves standard BluRay. Built-in apps are very complete and the remote makes navigation very easy.

The picture quality on this tv is great. However there are sound issues that are hard to adjust.

I wanted to upgrade to a smart 4K tv and lg is absolute the best with all the smart features

I love this tv for the price. It's nothing amazing but it's pretty darn good for the price.

Love my new LG 55 inch TV. Went in for a different TV that was on sale and saw the picture on this one and I was sold. I love that all the apps you need are already loaded on the LG and the smart remote is fantastic. Had it all set up in 15 minutes. Make sure you check this TV out before you buy something else.

Started looking into Smart TV's and after careful consideration I decided on LG again. My first LG "flat screen" was about 60 lbs and not so flat. This one was light enough for me to lift by myself and the quality is beyond my expectations. Just hope this one lasts as long as my other one I purchased in 2005.

One disappointing issue was that Best Buy would not take the old TV's to recycle. Some counties/municipalities do have electronic recycling and some do not. I understand that Best Buy did at one time accept TV's but no longer will at the store. I had to research for weeks to find someone who would take the TV's.

The flat screen remote is easy to navigate, the unit is easy to set up out of the box.

This TV is absolutely stunning. I went into Best Buy to purchase a 50" Vizio P-Series and the sales rep recommended this TV to me instead. It was on sale for the same price as the P-Series, 5" bigger, and overall a much better TV. After a week and a half, I'm convinced that leaving the store with this TV was the best decision. I don't currently have any 4K content to watch on the TV, but it wonderfully upscales 1080p content to 4K and looks gorgeous. Season 2 of Netflix's Narcos looks razor sharp and the resolution is out of this world. Gaming is a sublime experience on this; Uncharted 4, in particular is jaw-dropping. The colors are so vibrant. I'm also a big fan of the included apps built into the TV as well as the "Magic Remote" which functions kind of like a mouse. Overall, I would say this TV is an excellent purchase and I am positively ecstatic about it.

We were surprised how easily we were able to set it up since we are not very tech savvy. Had it up and running quickly. Having some difficulty connecting our Wii system and DVD player so tech is coming soon to help with that. Very polite and helpful customer service over the phone which is important to me.
