Bought TV for smart features to use my amazon prime account. Was not able to download user agreement. Called LG customer service and they blamed internet provider. Called Best Buy and they were not helpful. I have to take TV and replace at store. If they don't have a replacement I have to be without a TV until it's shipped in a few weeks. Best Buy reminds me of Circuit City. Poor Customer Service at best.

The Power light flashes and nothing happens. Several others have had the same problem (check the web). Customer service says “not our problem as it is 4 months beyond the one year warranty”. LG stand by your product! Should a $550 dollar tv die in 16 months??? And what about the multiple complaints about the same issue from other users? This is a defective product that you need to take responsibility for. Very disappponting! I will certainly stay away from LG products in the future! DO NOT BUY!!!

Special order and when i took it out of the box tv was cracked. Returned it and best buy refused to exchange the tv. I now have a tv that i did not even get to enjoy sitting in my garage in its box with a broken screen and all bc best buy wouldnt exchange it withing the return period... I will never buy from there again and give my money to other companies.

Not yet a year and one HMDI port has no signal, next day the TV doesn't turn on . No power, nothing works. tried all possible fixes nothing. LG - 55 Class (54.6 Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV Model: 55UH6030|SKU: 5622514

I returned this TV. After connecting to the internet It wouldn't update the software, kept giving a message decryption error. When I Called LG support they told me there was a problem with this model and they were working on it, Not sure why it's being sold still.

After owning for less than 3 years the volume decided to start shooting from 0 to 100 all on its own. Ridiculous that a TV doesn't last 3 years after paying almost $600.

I bought this LG TV reading good reviews. I was really disappointed about the picture quality. I tried all settings. Nothing worked. Something was not right. I returned the TV.

Picture was washed out . Had to return it to store. Exchanged for Samsung much better picture.

Bad TV… picture, sound nothing good to say about this TV…

Bought this 55 inch LG TV for holiday present. Set it up at home picture was very poor, washy, not a lot of sharpness. Decided to return it to the store and exchange it.

I have the 60" Samsung 2K. The remote and usage of the Smart tv functions work much better on that tv. I put this in our theater area since the 4K should be better. I can't get to the weather.com site on this. You try to enter in a postal code and it takes the 1st number and submits immediately. It won't let you key in all numbers. Tried to watch the Internet news and it reloads about every 30 sec so you never get more than one sentence from them. This is expensive for a Netflix only tv. Useless Smart tv.

The remote is awful, you need to aim exactly to the middle lower edge, one inch far from it and it will not work. Smart tv, every time I choose amazon, netflix , you tube etc it prompt me to check the network. How, ?why? Don't dare to fast forward or rewind a video in you tube, it will never get to play again, it will load for ever.

Poor Picture and even worse customer service at LG

I bought this tv early this afternoon and got it all set up. It's a beautiful set. Looked great. For 4k the resolution wasn't excellent but for $499 I was ok with it. I was playing around with settings and clicked a button with the remote to change the picture color depth and the tv had to restart. When it restarted it completely froze the tv and the only thing that worked was the tv would turn on black. I called LG and they said it must be a problem with the software. Luckily I live closer and went back to Best Buy and bought a Vizio instead.
