    I was given bad information about what would happen with in-home installation. Twice I was told I didn't need to purchase speakers prior to delivery of my TV, receiver, and DVD player. But the delivery guys told me no, they did not install speakers, nor did they have speakers to install! Now I have to start over to complete my setup! AND PAY FOR ANOTHER TEAM TO INSTALL!!!
