We did a great deal of research prior to our purchase both online and at our local Best Buy, and this LG OLED TV met or exceeded all of our expectations. Our representative was excellent, responsive to our input while guiding, without pushing us to the best device for our situation with a thoughtful consideration of potential future expansion of our home theater system. Setup was very intuitive including room specific sound balancing, as is the operation of the Smart options. We are delighted with the picture quality, and even though we haven't yet been able to access any 4K program material the on board upscaling still gives remarkable results for both DVD and standard cable signal input.

The color and clarity of the screen are really very good. It took us awhile to figure out how to get the sound bar to work as a somewhat buried option had to be changed. Also, it would be better if the image was brighter. We use the TV in a room without direct lighting, but if you want to use it in an area with bright lighting, you may not get what you want.

LG has hit one out of the park with this tv. From the deep black coloring,to the sharp bright colors, it's like watching life through a window. This tv has slight curve that is just curved to the perfect degree to make it an improvement to have as a feature. The 3D performance on this tv is also perfect

So i was apprehensive about purchasing such an expensive tv but when i say this is THE BENTLEY of tvs. I love the picture, the ease of the apps and the quality of lg products. Im hooked

It has tremendous quality of depth to its picture. 3D is awesome. Have not taken time to utilize all of its other features, such as the Smart tv side. Will delve into that end soon.

The design of the tv is very attractive with the curved model. The picture quilty in 4k is excellent. The picture quilty in 1080 hd is good but nothing special. The tv is blurry with motion watching fast action or sports. I would say the tv is good but nothing great. I returned it for a sony because of the blurry picture when watching sports.

We needed a new tv and decided to get something bigger than what we had before the size is great the picture is great we have no complaints and are glad we got the curved screen.

I love this tv. Picture is awesome. I was hesitant about the curve but really wanted 3-D, so had to buy this model. The 3-D works great, and you hardly notice the slight curve.

Love this TV.... the color is really sharp and bright/intense and the picture can be seen no matter where you sit in the room, even from the side. Glad we made this purchase.

We enjoy the curved edges. It helps with the glare from our windows. The picture on this tv is like a movie screen. The colors are very deep. Love all of the smart features.

This TV has transformed my life! OK, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but this TV is fantastic. I never thought I'd spend this much on a TV, but I'm so glad I did. The picture clarity and color is outstanding and the on-screen menu is pretty easy to navigate, even for a somewhat technically-challenged person like me. The TV itself is very thin and doesn't have that plastic "frame" around it, so it is very sleek and modern looking. For such a thin TV, the sound is not so bad. (You'll still want a sound bar, though.) Now that I've gotten this curved TV, I don't think I'll ever be able to go back to a flat panel.

This has to be the most beautiful TV i have ever seen and owned not only is the Footprint Sleek, with this tv.... its all about the Picture, that amazing picture. so vivid and rich are the colors that the other 4K tv I own pales in comparison. I bought this particular model as it can do 3D as well (Replacing my old 1080P 3D LG). Let me tell you the upscale on the 3D is amazing as well, now each eye is at the full 1080P that the 3D was designed to be viewed at! I highly recommend this tv to all 3d enthusiasts and 4K enthusiasts alike. The 4k Content on Netflix is amazing, and 4k movies look insanely crisp.

Great - absolutely great! Best picture - easy to set up and program. Easy to navigate. I was really worried because of the price, but worth every penny in my opinion.

The picture quality on this TV is amazing. I haven't had a chance to view any 4K programming as I need to upgrade my DirecTv equipment. The 3D is fantastic as well.

My father-in-law has been talking about these OLED TVs and then a buddy at work mentioned just how well they look. The opening scene to star wars episode 4 is gorgeous with lots of detail, high contrast, etc., far more than with my LED based Samsungs, which I believe to still have a very good picture. At this price I knew I couldn't go wrong. The only negative aspect with the curved model vs the straight is that it has one fewer HDMI ports (3). I had 4 in use on the Samsung D8000 this has replaced. I'll probably just move one of the devices to another TV in the house, so not a big deal but be warned.

Great color and sharpness, very crisp picture. Matt, the salesman is very knowledgeable about this produce, although was disappointed in Geek Squad installation.

excellent tv, simple interfaces, great app menu, above theater quality, true blacls. the only disappointment is the motion control but you can't win them all!

Had the geeks set mine up mounted on wall. You will need a sound bar with this TV to get good sound. So many settings but very easy to learn. I use mine to stream Amazon and Netflix and Dish with regular TV love the pic and the curve works well with a window in the room don't have to keep dark all the time anymore
