    Excellent picture. Easy set up. Decent sound, but we still added a sound bar. Great for wide viewing angle and handles the light from our 9 windows in the family room with no problem. Has some sort of light sensor that adjusts the picture automatically.

    Great Value at the sale price. Easy hookup. This is my 3rd Large Screen LG Smart TV and it makes it easier to have the same OS on all the TV's. Very Happy with the purchase.

    Great picture quality price was reasonable. Shopped around a bit. Had an LG not SMART so we replaced a perfectly good working LG TV. Will always purchase a LG

    The TV is easy to set up and has great picture. The remote control is a bit touchy, and has more of a learning curve than others but the options are nice.

    I was very excited to receive this TV. Having shopped TVs for a couple of months, it was a great feeling to have made the decision and to finally see mine in person. At first, the picture was lagging and blurry. To troubleshoot, I accessed the apps directly from the home screen rather than through the Cable box. The picture improved. There is a setting to detect movies and auto-improve the settings. That is a nice feature. Voices are difficult to hear when the TV is in default mode. However, once you locate and adjust the sound settings, sound quality is much better. I am happy with my purchase.

    It looks spectacular in the store. I don't like it much because it keeps updating as if it were a desktop computer. It changes the colors every time I want to watch a movie, and I have to choose the one I like. The controller is terrible; it works like a mouse. Let me explain: the slightest touch kicks you out of whatever application you're using.

    Works great, great quality video. Sound is not great though, which is common for flat screen tvs. We added a sound bar which fixed it.

    I love this TV but at first I hated it! The factory presets do not make for a good picture in my opinion. I had to research setting options on YouTube to get settings to where I liked them (maybe I'm just picky). Just know that this TV is capable of having a great picture. It just takes some doing! I guess it's better to have too many options than not enough. I would have given it 5 stars if the setup was easier.
