I was concerned we could not get the same apps, (ie The Weather Channel, etc) and the salesman assured us that we could no problem along with most of our other apps we had on our fire TV. We downsized from a 70" TV we bought from the 16 months prior. So after four months, we still cannot get that app along with other news apps. We hate it. We have bought a lot of items from Best Buy since the early 90's, we are Seniors, and that was the last tv. Really sad that this tv is so limited and difficult. We are knowledegable so please do say it is because we are older - we know what we are doing and sadly after many years of trusting Best Buy - wei will not again.
