I'm a hardcore tech geek. Always playing with the latest tech in some way shape or form. However, I let myself get rusty within the "TV" technology market. Its always been if it says a resolution maximum and refresh rate thats what you got. NOT ANYMORE. Apparently within the TV market misleading the public is okay. This TV will not do 4K UHD @ 120Hz. So I am returning it. The remote and features etc are really good. But as a gamer I need the specs i paid for. This failed

The TV I have is not what I ask for I just knowest that TV is not a 4K they gave the wrong one

I priced, researched and compared this tv with other top of the line brands. The technology of the LG Qned is fantastic. Originally wanted 4k Oled but couldn't justify the price. The colors are vivid, resolution and sharpness outstanding. I was nervous about using the WebOs for the first time but found it extremely easy. Sound is great on my 55 inch and sounds even better with a sound bar. The magic remote is an added plus. Voice enabled or like using a mouse on a computer to browse. So much easier. Thank you LG customer service. They helped with questions during set up of tv and adjusted pic settings for the best possible pic for 4k. Very happy with this model and the price.

I have already review this TV twice. It is beautiful with gorgeous outstanding color. I also like the fact that it comes set up with a mouse. It has many ports which I will be using. U am hearing impaired but can set the readable footnotes. Another thing is that I can see the picture from any angle when looking at the viewing screen. If I see it from the side the picture does not distort.

Excellent TV. Love the size and the colors are great!!! Very happy with it. It fits my space perfectly on our mantle. It was a great Christmas gift!!! We all enjoyed the football games on over the holidays. Your service was really good. Delivered it when it was supposed to come.

This is an excellent TV. It's almost half the price of the OLED C series we bought about a year ago - we put this QNED in the bedroom and wall mounted. Went this 80 series over the 75 series because of the 120MHz refresh rate. The picture is bright and the colors are excellent. Easy set up and we don't mind webOS. I would have no issues using this as my main TV in the living room. Sound quality is just meh but we new this before buying, we use a soundbar anyway. Purchased on sale for under $700. Great deal from Best Buy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic tv, easy to setup, sasy to use, the remote being able to recognizr movement is fun.

This is a good tv. Yes, there are better tvs out there, at more expensive price points. But I’ve had this tv for weeks now and do not regret it. Colors are good, brightness is good, and it has the features I wanted. Downsides: the remote is odd, but easy enough to figure out. Sometimes the sound quality is different, but again not a big deal. I’d buy this again without hesitation.

This TV replaces a 15+ year old Sony Bravia. Its price fits my budget, quality exceeds expectation. Thin and light enough to place in my bedroom & packaging allowed to fit my crossover suv to bring home myself. Easy to set up and use. Connects easily to Apple TV HD. Enjoy the brilliant HD quality.

This TV is a superb product! The color and sound are incredible. It comes pre-loaded with so many apps that we use regularly. There are 4 HDMI ports, so easy to add accessory to get others if not already in the LG app store. We previously had a different brand - so glad we went with LG this time. Best Buy made it easy with knowledge of the product.

I try to do my research when making bigger purchases and felt like I found a decent match with this product based on my price range. I never bought an LG before, but the brand and model were well reviewed. It worked great for the first few months (Picture/sound/brightness all great before my specific issue). Now that I am around 5 months in, all of a sudden dead pixels show up on the screen. LG and Best Buy both confirmed that it was a panel issue and it needed to be replaced. I tried to argue that I bought a TV with the intention for it to be new, even though fixing it solves the problem, I am now stuck with a refurbished TV for the price of a brand new one less than 6 months into owning it. Both LG/Best Buy did not care about this. LG's partnered repair company did good work and were very helpful and friendly but now that is massive backlight bleed. Meaning any time I am watching something where the scene is darkened, it looks like giant white spotlights shooting out from the sides. I'm pretty tech savvy and have played with every setting you could imagine. The issue persists. I thought I made a good investment, but now I'm out hundreds of dollars and stuck with a product I am beyond disappointed in. Both LG and Best Buy do not care because "it could be fixed." Even though all they did was fix one problem and leave me with another one. Hopefully in the not-too-distant future, I'll be able to upgrade to a different product. Certainly not another LG though.

Very good color, brightness and contrast. Would have been a 5 but I have FiOS cable and when I use the FiOS remote to turn the tv on , sometimes it automatically opens FiOS and other times O jave to get the LG remote to bring it on. Two older LG tvs I have open FiOS right away. Very irritating!

Very clear. Comes with all the viewing apps needed. Great for sports and action since its refresh rate is 120. Love it. Also, we were going to get a sound bar but the sound is so good we won’t be getting one.

Let me say the 2023 edition of this tv is the one to get after that year they dropped the 120hz refresh and only had it on the 85 series. Unfortunately my 2 year old smashed the screen with a toy after 3 months lol

First I'll say the TV is not bad. I was advised I would be able to do certain things on tv which I was not able to. It is geared more towards apple users and not android users. That being said screen casting either from android phone or Microsoft laptop with Windows 10 does not work for this television, even using the thinq app download specific for the TV. I specifically wanted to be able to download and use for Verizon with our having a set top box. The webos doe not allow for the website to open in another window to be able to stream thru their website as well as the thinq app it gives a blank screen with just sound. It recognized my laptop trying to connect but does not connect to it. I had to return and go with a Google TV to be more compatible with android phone and my laptop. Overall tv picture quality is good, sound is not bad.

Colors are so crisp. And Brightness is good. Magic remote is amazing. Some times Voice recognition not that great but it works well most of the time.
