I was disappointed with this TV, especially when it comes to the picture quality. It doesn't handle fast motion well at all. Watching soccer games or anything bright and dynamic was frustrating. The colors also felt dull and not vivid. The sound was okay, but overall, I expected a better viewing experience. Wouldn't recommend it for sports or action content.

Replaced an 8 year old LG with this and some of the newer features are not great. The worst is the "Magic" Remote Mouse that you cannot disable.

Wi-Fi connection is very picky - at times disconnecting every few minutes, even tho gateway and mesh network working. Finally used Ethernet to connect and it’s better. Picture is clearer too.

The lag in processing time was very unexpected. This TV does not automatically display the last channel you were watching. The remote does not have any numbers so you can't just go to the channel that you want to watch. The sales process was frustrating. The salesman was clearly more interested in selling an expensive TV than helping me find what I wanted.

Bought this on 6/20 and knstalled it yesterday. It worked for an hour before the screen went blank for a while. We had sound but no picture and now we have no sound or picture. We followed the troubleshooting steps recommended online to no avail. We are returning this one for a replacement and certainly hope the next one works. We really like the features and really did enjoy the picture and sound. I’ll be at only for a short time. This lemon or Doug is why this particular TV gets one star and really should have no stars.
