The lag in processing time was very unexpected. This TV does not automatically display the last channel you were watching. The remote does not have any numbers so you can't just go to the channel that you want to watch. The sales process was frustrating. The salesman was clearly more interested in selling an expensive TV than helping me find what I wanted.

Bought this on 6/20 and knstalled it yesterday. It worked for an hour before the screen went blank for a while. We had sound but no picture and now we have no sound or picture. We followed the troubleshooting steps recommended online to no avail. We are returning this one for a replacement and certainly hope the next one works. We really like the features and really did enjoy the picture and sound. I’ll be at only for a short time. This lemon or Doug is why this particular TV gets one star and really should have no stars.

Unfortunately they were supposed to deliver 2 TVs but only delivered one. Told me the other TV would be delivered 2 weeks later. Delivery person was very nice but best buy didn’t do what they promised.

I like this TV and find the picture quality to be very good. However, the mouse-style remote can be difficult to use at times. My biggest disappointment is that the DIRECTV app is not available for download on this TV. Aside from that limitation, I am happy with the overall quality of the television.

I am really enjoying the quality of the TV and I like that LG has its own app where I can control my devices with my phone. One thing I will say is, the point curser thing, (if you know what I mean) just constantly gets activated even when I don't really want to use it. Wish there was a way to turn it off, or somehow control how sensitive the remote can react to my movement and turn the feature on.
