I bought this TV as an open box item at an incredibly discounted cost. It was in excellent condition. The TV itself did not disappoint either in picture or sound. I was real happy with the purchase!

Bought this as a upgrade for my 10 year old LG TV. So far it has met all my expectations and more. It is a very bright tv and has great picture quality. Would definitely buy it again.

Great picture quality. Sound settings are a little finicky, but worth enduring. Controller is quite intuitive and much better than other big screen controllers I have.

Tv looks and sounds great. I give it a 4 stars because the remote is a little hard to see. Needs some led buttons or some lighting. The scroll function is great

I mainly use this tv for video gaming. The vivid and bright colors make great visuals. Would recommend over OLED for gaming.

Great picture. Easy to set up. I love the motion control remote, which makes it much faster to search. With how thin it is, the sound is a little funky coming out of the TV. I would recommend getting a soundbar too.

We thought our 17 year old 42 inch LG had a nice picture and good sound. Wow, what a difference! This was like the upgrade we did 17 years ago. The colors are bright, the picture is clear no matter how fast the action (we like to watch sports), and the sound quality was better than expected. We purchased an LG sound bar to pair with the TV, now we have theater quality sound. As a side note: Best Buy provided a great delivery service and "price matched" when we found our TV listed as a "Deal of the Day" for an additional $50 off.

Took a chance and purchased an open box, returned unit. Saving almost 65% was too good to pass up. The original customer also lost the remote but we were provided an LG Universal remote. We paid for Geek wallmount installation and field test . When installers arrived they (Installers) had an extra remote in their vehicle that matched our tv. Installation of tv was quick and flawless. Very courteous and professional installation team.

We bought this as a gaming TV and it has been working perfectly. Brilliant picture and smooth motion is exactly what we needed and that is what we got .

The tv itself I've enjoyed. My boyfriend and I can see how great the graphics are. The interface on the home page can be a bit overwhelming and full of buttons. My boyfriend hates the 'magic controller'. It has a WII inspired curser that I'll probably need to see if I can turn off as it is quite touchy. Regardless, no regrets, it runs his video games better than other TVs have in the past and there is less lag there as well. It was a great price for so many features. No add blockers, which saddens him, but you cant win them all!

Amazing picture quality, and love the AI to adjust the picture to the room lighting. Very smart!! LG is a great brand and lives up to its reputation. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you.

Very pleased picture and sound quality exceeded our expectations. We also purchased a sound bar due to past TV's had poor quality sound, but this LG TV really works great without a sound bar, clear understandable voices which is what we wanted.

Very pleased with our new tv. It is smart, easy to use, great picture.

So far the TV has been working great, performing with good image quality and color contrast. Makes watching movies and shows more enjoyable. Although, there are two factors that I wish were better, specially at this price range. Sometimes when starting a program, the TV would take some time to adjust and display a clear image, initially showing some blurriness and slow reaction. Also, while watching sports, like soccer, the action seems blurry and delay multiple times during games, which decreases the watching experience that you would expect based on the specifications of the TV. Overall, a good TV with some improvements to be made.

So far so good. LG tv has a great picture. Remote has all the bells and whistles. Pretty easy to set up.

I absolutely love this TV, I have no known issues with it, I would recommend this TV to everyone I know, Picture is insanely awesome, smooth, crisp, I watched Jurassic Park the first time I turned it on and I immediately was blown away how realistic it was, it was like I was watching a live movie!

55”is the perfect size for our lower level family room. Clear picture and the smart app access to streaming apps make accessing our favorite shows Much easier than our previous TV.

Good picture all around good performance. Only issue is sound is to low however, I think this is due to set-up.
