We were having an impossible time finding a wash/dry set that would fit in our utility room that we still liked and wanted. Alec Womeldorff assisted us with literally everything. He worked with us to get a set that would fit, while we waited for the exact set we wanted but was 3-4 weeks out. He made sure the temporary set was picked up and removed on the same day that our new set arrived. Alec Womeldorff was absolutely wonderful. He wouldn’t give up and worked with us until we were pleased with everything about our experience. I highly recommend Alec, for any Best Buy needs!

Upgraded from a plain 4k uhd tv and back in the day that was the premium. I haven’t bought a tv In a very long time but I regret nothing. Will forever be and lg fan now.

Once that was done I was able to adjust the setting to my preference.

Saving almost 65% was too good to pass up. The original customer also lost the remote but we were provided an LG Universal remote. We paid for Geek wallmount installation and field test . When installers arrived they (Installers) had an extra remote in their vehicle that matched our tv. Installation of tv was quick and flawless. Very courteous and professional installation team.
