This is probably the difference between You Tube tv and Dish tv which we had previously. Don’t know what else could cause this but is happening on regular programming which I know comes in high def. Possible the geek squad might have set something up incorrectly.

Will get any TV with the label LG on it. I've heard their OLEDs are also fantastic and look forward to trying one out. This TV is an absolute gem. Also, Best Buy is truly the happiest place on Earth. Remember....LG for the win!

Ended with this because the screen is not as relfective as C3. The screen on C3 is like a mirror, reflecting every little light. Image quality on this QNED85 is just as good, maybe not as black but I can't tell.
