    Picture looks ok. But, noticed after about 5 hours of being on, the picture was "gritty" or "grainy". Haven't called to report yet because been busy.

    Beautiful picture compared to my older Samsung 50" set. It was a bit of a pain setting up to LG apps.

    This TV doesn’t support DirecTV. Other than that, the picture is a drastic improvement from my other TV.

    The TV wasn't what I was expecting it to be. The sound was horrible. One shouldn't have to buy a sound bar to have acceptable sound from a TV. I realize they are made thinner which makes the sound worse, but still...

    Love LG However, it arrived with something internal broken and a week later, we are still waiting for a replacement, Does not give Best Buy a goodmrating for replacement.
