Such An Amazing Experience
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned this TV since November, and it's been one of the all time best purchases I've made. I never owned an OLED previously, just a TCL 4K TV. I thought 4K was already good looking, but man was I missing out! This thing looks amazing, especially the HDR & Dolby Vision. I know they seem like gimmicks, but once you see it you realize how legit they are. I'm by no means an expert in this field, but this has made me a believer in where our screens are headed. Oh, and games on this thing? Amazing. You just have to see them in action, much like movies/TV, to fully understand what it's all about.

OLED Picture is Amazing
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture on this TV is awesome. Deep inky Blacks and HDR colors really pop. Also, the Magic Remote took a minute to get used to, but after some time I am liking it.

Wow
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a QLED 80R a while back after a lot of research, bouncing between an OLED or a QLED and went with the QLED because it looked better at the store. Then my other TV (another Samsung from 2016) started going down hill real fast, so I bought the B9 to replace that and I feel stupid that I bought the QLED now. PC gamming blows away the QLED and I hate to say it. The B9 has an almost 3D effect to it. It's really hard to put into words what is going on between the two TVs. You have to see it for yourself. Best picture I have ever laid eyes on.

Better than QLED
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t let the QLED technology fool you. The LG OLED definitely brings outstanding picture. The display technology is incredible. You don’t get a white/ grey haze from regular backlit LED displays. You get bright vivid pictures with incredible contrast. Since I view movies with subtitles I would always notice LED panels would have the haze of white display when the subtitles come on. It’s distracting and local dimming can only do so much. With OLED the pickles simply turn off Or produce the white where it need to be. I don’t think I can move away from OLED’s now.

Perfect picture
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture. We have had it for almost two months and still learning everything we can do with the remote. We plan to mount on wall. It is much heavier than our last TV which was a 11 year old Samsung. We decided on this 55 in LG and hope it will serve us as well as the Samsung did. The remote is awkward to hold and plan to get a universal remote.

Great tv
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this tv. Perfect blacks and great contrast because of Dolby Vision, HDR 10 and HLG. Movies and Xbox One X games look amazing.

Excellent picture (and sound!) quality
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture quality is outstanding on this 4K OLED TV. The audio quality is also much better than anticipated. The built-in speakers offer plenty of sound for most casual viewing situations. While I think it’s overall picture quality is slightly superior to 4K QLED, this OLED television does not get quite as bright as many QLEDS. Keep that in mind if you plan on viewing in a room full of windows. I also have to say that LG’s motion-activated remote control and on-screen menus are fantastic.

Superb resolution and colors
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have had this TV installed for 2 months and absolutely love the TV. The images have great resolution as you would expect from a UHD but the colors are just superb with amazing blacks and detail in darker scenes. The remote is very intuitive and useful. Love the ability and ease to cast iPhone or computer via airplay with no buttons or selection needed on TV. Only gripe is in software as the menu could use an easier selection to return to cable after watching Netflix or other content.

OLED gives the best picture
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded to OLED and ATMOS. Television delivers a great picture and the smaller SK8YG LG sound bar delivers great sound. Some television shows still stutter/skip in places but this happens in all UHD TVs. I found turning off tru motion works best. Only slight negative is the LG smart remote won’t recognize my Comcast cable box. Very pleased with this picture.

Fantastic Picture, detail and clarity
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this as open box, so I can’t speak for packaging or accessories, but for several hundred dollars off I bought my own remote and used the tv mount I already had on the wall and boy was my upgrade worth it. The picture is great, the color is great, the detail is great, the contrast is amazing. I’ve been watching the Expanse on prime and the outer space scenes really jump off the screen with tiny pinpricks of light for each of the stars and no bleed or grey in the parts of the screen that aren’t illuminated. The anti reflective coating is an upgrade from my previous LG tv, and the sub cm bezel around the screen really makes it look like the screen is just a picture on the wall, it almost feels like I’m living in a sci-fi show with magic display screens instead of watching one. The tv has aggressive screensaver settings that minimize both power consumption and screen burn risk by blacking out the screen and showing a small firework type animation after more than a few minutes of inactivity, say pausing Netflix. Which can be annoying if you have to run to the bathroom but it starts back up without any issues. The WiFi was easy to set up, some of the setting can be hard to find without the manual in front of you but I was able to find one online. I’ve had no issues with my tv so far and watching upscaled content from streaming services is great. The classic Star Wars in 4K on a 55” tv are unbelievable. I haven’t had a chance to watch content the tv upscales from a DVD player but I look forward to getting lost in what’s playing every time I turn it on.

Amazing picture!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow...just wow! Awesome picture quality, easy setup and great features. I especially like that it has Alexa integration. Only issue that I had was hooking up my old surround sound but I think it has more to do with the age of the surround sound system than the tv. On the up side, the built in speakers have a sound optimization setting that uses the remote’s mic and actually does a decent job synthesizing surround.

Best picture out there
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Superb picture.... brilliant color... black as black can be to the point you'd swear the tv was off. Great sound from built in speaker... the magic remote works like a mouse pointer.... very nice simple easy to use .... the menus are well played out and the quick click buttons are moveable and customizable. You get what you pay for and this is worth every penny if you're serious about your AV equipment.

You need this TV
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome picture quality and sound. Huge upgrade from what I thought was a great TV in the Vizio P series. If you game another plus is the HDMI 2.1 ports and the support for Variable Refresh Rate up to 120 HZ @ 4K. You won't be disappointed. You need this if you have a next gen console in PS5 or Xbox Series if you want to truly benefit from the enhanced frame rates.

||Posted . Both are remarkable tvs but the OLED takes the cake for me. I mainly play my Xbox One X on this tv is outstanding. Haven't had it long enough to make long term notes on it but I feel like burn-in will never be an issue if you take good care of whats going on with the screen. I would def recommend.

LG OLED
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this TV. Outstanding display! Sound is also very good. Very easy for me to operate. One of the few TV's remaining that have an actual base. Not a big fan of the little legs on most new tv's. Unless you are wall mounting a unit, the little legs on each side just don't wok for me. This TV excels in all areas!

Love the picture!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV...Easy to set up out of box. Interface and remote are also user friendly. Like the on screen pointer and am very happy with the quality and performance of the tv . Had a minor issue as I bought a returned tv that had been opened and instructions were missing along with screws for the stand so had to buy some screws at home depot as I did not hear back from store after I had called them.

Bleeding edge picture
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG B9 OLEP - great picture. with default settings. Haven't bothered with teaks. Paired easily with LG soundbar. Setup was relatively easy, although had some difficult with using Xfinity voice remote. Problem magically fixed itself - issue was probably at the Xfinity end. Controls are relatively intuitive. Free year of Disney+ is a nice bonus.

LOVE this TV!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is amazing! I was super skeptical since it’s expensive compared to other TVs of the size but the image quality and color intensity is unparalleled. The extreme black makes everything pop. Colors are vibrant and picture clarity is sharp as can be. Watching an Ultra 4K movie on this screen is like being in the film.
