First and foremost, the design on the TV is great. OLEDs have an amazingly thin design and the TV stand looks great. The ease of use is well above average and very responsive. With as many “picture settings” as there are though, I still struggled to get the best picture when viewing HD cable. I’m afraid without professional calibration at a whopping $250 from BB, I would never get the picture to look as good as it could be. Streaming content was fast and responsive. I appreciate the true black vs an LED set but in the end I preferred a Nanocell. Guess I’m crazy.

There really isn’t much that needs to be said which hasn’t already been said about this TV. I wanted the best experience for gaming and movies possible and I got it with this one. I started off with an Xbox One X and have been able to watch 4K blue rays and play the few 4K games available and it’s been amazing in every way. I now have a PS5 which offers even more 4K gaming and it’s somehow even better. The WebOS UI is fantastic. It’s easy to use and generally tries to stay out of the way while you change settings or apps. The menus are quick to get through and never feel like the hassle you experience with other TVs. I’ve never used the speakers but I have heard good things. A sound bar is the way to go IMO and the HDMI ARC port is perfect if you have a sound bar like the Sonos Beam so you can use all of the smart features. Overall I’m super impressed with the OLED quality and after over a year I haven’t had any burn in issues (although my content viewing is pretty varied with gaming and different streaming apps.)

This OLED beats every LED ever made. The picture is stunning and colors are brilliant. Black colors are darker than any video image I have ever seen. As a bonus, the LG suite of apps is amazing. Streaming works perfectly and the menus are easy to navigate. After you stream a 4K movie, standard HD content will never look the same.

The Picture is amazing for a entry level OLED. PS5 and Xbox Series VRR Compatible. The biggest issue is that motion when it comes to fast moving content like sports. This tv starts to experience severe ghosting. So be aware.

I'm not a tv expert but this tv is the best tv I have ever owned (and most expensive). If your upgrading from an old tv like I did than i can definitely recommend getting this tv. The perfect blacks is always stunning to see and the amazing quality of the tv itself makes me confident that I put my money in a good tv. The back of the tv Is made of metal which makes me comfortable with how extremely thin the screen is. One of my favourite things about this tv is that the feet are placed in the center making it much easier to place, its not necessarily the biggest detail but it helped me set it up. Overall I would recommend researching what kind of tv you want, do you really need a smart tv or OLED. If you want all of these rather expensive qualities then this tv is perfect. If OLED is what your looking for then this is tv is perfect, its one of the cheaper options in the market and I cant find any faults with it (Supposedly the model I bought had lower quality sounds than the other models but I cant notice anything.)

I was worried about burn in but I made the plunge. The tv has been great so far and no burn in. I do baby it though more than I would like. I try to not watch long content with the black bars. I’ll zoom in for those situations. Nice contrast and colors. Very happy

Had a smaller 4K unit from another maker that was pretty good but had internet connection problems - this unit was far superior to that set. Not only is the picture fantastic and the browser great, but the LG built-Ins are easy to access, use and furthering our cable independence.

I got this TV a while back and wanted to buy another one but it wasn't available so settled on a Sony. This LG is awesome and was a lot cheaper. I love the picture, and it was so easy to set up. I watch movies, game and use it to listen to music. So sad I couldnt get another!!

I purchased this television and was very happy with the picture quality. I really couldn't see a difference between the B9 and C9. I did end up exchanging the B9 for a C9, because I decided for the price difference I would like to have the faster processor which delivers slightly better black levels. The B9 isn't able to process shadows as cleanly, and deep shadow detail is crushed a bit more than on the C9 to hide the noise/artifacts in dark areas. In real world use you really can't go wrong with either model.

We bought this tv with a sound bar for Christmas. All I can say is the picture is outstanding. The remote is a smart remote that is so easy to use and most apps are pre-loaded. I would highly recommend this TV from Best Buy.

This tv is my first oled tv man have I been missing out on deep blacks color pop on 4k hdr contents I just use the TV's app for my steaming services it works fine. I have the sonos arc sound bar hook up with this tv . I'm very happy with it gladly pay for better picture

The picture on this TV is incredible. The menus aren't the best and the gimmicky remote feels a bit dated, BUT THAT PICTURE!!!! The colors are super vibrant and its G-Sync rated. I use it to game on my pc and pair it with an nvidia shield tv for movies.

A HUGE change from our 26" HD TV! Priced right and easy to set up. Just the thing for our first year in retirement. Sharp picture. great color, good sound from the internal speakers.

I purchased this television after researching the different Series & types by LG & Sony. So far, I have no regrets. The picture quality is excellent. The ease of operation is nice also. I set up the voice remote & believe t’s a nice added feature.

Buying a TV is a very personal experience. Everyone has different needs, and for those who value tech specs and stunning ergonomics, this display is for you. My family has been loving this TV since we purchased it. As a photographer I greatly appreciate the visual fidelity this display has. Paired with the excellently minuscule bezels and you have a killer entertainment experience that rivals any of the other tech giants. If you feel that the specs line up with the price in a way that fits your needs, by all means, purchase this display. Kudos LG

Amazing tv, I play it with my Xbox series x at 4k 120fps. The sound quality is awesome. I had a Samsung sound bar and sub and the tv sounds about as good and ended up removing it.

I had been trying to settle on an OLED tv for years. The stylish ultra-thin design hooked me. The price and quality of picture reeled me in. I watched tv in a matter of minutes after opening the box. It has features out the ying-yang.

The television is state of the art, the color and contrast is amazing. It pretty much programs itself at setup. You have to purchase this tv for yourself, you will not regret it.

This TV is amazing! It has a great display, color and picture is rich and vibrant. BUT..... The main disappointment is not with the TV but that there is a lack of streaming compatibility with LG and Xfinity and therefore one cannot stream cable TV from the App without purchasing a Roku device. According to the Xfinity representative there are some LG TV’s that are not compatible with the Xfinity Cable TV streaming App. If I had known this prior to purchase I would have bought another product such as a Sony. Apparently, in my area Xfinity has issues with their TV App for streaming cable TV with some LG and Samsung products.
