Pocturr quality is perfect along with other stuff BUT THIS TV DOES NOT SUPPORT CASTING FROM ANDROID PHONE.im not saying screen share (screen share and casting are two different things)..i cannot cast from apps to TV as u would to a chromecast or a VIZIO OR SAMSUNG SMART TV

Best TV Purchase ever, money well spent to get the best of all the movies and shows I watch.

This was my first LG purchase. The picture quality of this OLED is good but not great. I plugged my gaming console into one of the HDMI ports on the TV and every 5 --10 seconds, the power kept turning off then back on. I will be sticking to Sony.

Definitely happy with the purchase I made for this tv, customer service at pick up location was great, looking forward to getting the 65 inch next week.

The TV was delivered by a Best Buy team on time, promptly unboxed and readied for installation. The old TV was promptly disconnected and replaced by the new unit. The new TV was hooked up and working in a short time. The new TV was tested with old controllers to ensure we had the same facilities as before.

Love LG products, so it was no stretch to buy this TV on a sale, but it is a solid 4K television. Really love the features and quality of it.

I’m mostly enjoying this so far. The one infuriating thing about it is that it shockingly does not have a way to connect a ZVOX sound base and control it with the “smart remote”. Apparently it’s not so smart. It’s almost funny that a very expensive cutting edge television could irritate me so much with one bizarre flaw.

To start off, I'm going at admit that I'm a massive LG fan with having purchased a 65" C9 OLED TV back in 2019 for my living room, a 32GQ950-B gaming monitor for my setup, and other LG appliances that my wife enjoys. However, about a year and few months ago I purchased a 55' LG C1 OLED TV for my master bedroom and one night the TV randomly shut off on my wife and wouldn't turn back on, only staying in standby mode with a red light (and it was not due to a power outage AND I had a new surge protector put in place 3 months prior). I called LG customer service to help resolve the issue, they couldn't do anything to fix the problem, so I went to the only LG TV service repair center in my area. After they ran some diagnostics, they determined it was an issue internally with the board/panel and it would cost nearly the price I bought the TV for to repair it. I called customer service again to see if there was anything they could do. They submitted a ticket for a one time courtesy repair but was rejected by a supervisor AND they did not even have the respect to call me back notifying me of this decision when they said they would. Now I'm out of a $1400 TV that I had a little over a year, poor customer service, and no accountability on LG's end. Overall, BUYERS BE CAREFUL, its upsetting to have to spend hundreds of dollars on an extended warranty and I had a lot of trust with their products, but LG will not stand by their products after the 1 year mark, do not make the same mistake I did.

This TV is a high quality TV and I love it. I highly recommend it.

Awesome OLED for the price! Thin and sleek design. Voice commands are a great feature. Remote has useful feature. Would recommend for an affordable OLED tv.

This is an incredible nice smart TV. I got it to go with the PS5, it really ties the room together.

Love this CX series TV, I’ve bought 4 different size’s of TV’s from Best Buy, great service top quality and great customer service.

The TV is good for the most part. Though, sometimes I notice some connectivity issues even with ethernet. I have done many troubleshooting methods with my router and TV yet it happens still. It is rare so not a big deal for me.

VERY VERY NICE LG OLED TV...I LOVE IT AND THE COLORS AND THE FUNCTIONABILITY OF THIS TV IS OUTSTANDING...VERY GLAD I BOUGHT IT!
