As i also was fooled buy all the reviews that keep mentioning gaming but when i bought it home i was not satisfied and returned it for the sony and am totally satisfied

Web OS and ThinQ is garbage software

Not even able to turn the TV on or off with Alexa. TV also had a bad panel right out of the box And needed to be replaced day one. This has been a horrible experience every step of the way. Sony A80j went on sale for the same price the day after the return period on this TV ran out , I really wish I waited. The software is just awful on this TV it's like something from 20 years ago. 0/10

Tv was great for exactly one year. Now I can’t even get it to turn on and work half the time. Black screen, software issues, smart services not working, negative/ghost image screen and LG will not send anyone to look at it. 1 month out of warranty so of course I have to pay for it when I’m still paying for the tv. Worst customer service and even worse product. Tv has been absolutely babied, not even a scratch and I can’t even use it. Will probably take legal action. Absolutely unacceptable.
