    Expensive LG OLED does not get PBS Masterpiece

    Great TV but cannot get PBS Masterpiece that is available on Sony and other TVs. This was a real disappointment. (Apparently PBS only interfaces with Android which is not available with LG OLEF.) Probably would have bought another TV if I had known this beforehand.

    Honestly I bought this TV just to play with my Xbox series X I've had it for like three or four months now and I've had an issue with while playing videos or games it will lose picture and show me invalid format and I have to do a complete restart to resolve the issue. As of the time of writing this I am on the latest software update for the TV and the Xbox and the issue is only gotten worse. I've called LG about it and they've refused to do anything I've also called Best buy and they said it's not their problem. I had this issue the day that I bought my TV and ignored it until a few months in because I figured it would be fixed with a software update but Xbox and LG aren't as compatible as they lead you to believe.

    Very difficult to get everything set up. I’ve been hours on the phone with tech support. Finally got my sound bar working but can’t get my Amazon Firestick to connect. They should give classes when they sell these

    Didn’t work properly when it was connected to my sound bar. After 10 or 15 minutes the entire system of TV, sound bar, DVR device shut down. And the installation people had already left.

    Because we live out in the country the tv can’t perform as well as it should. We don’t have the internet strength. Sales person should have known this !!

    After about two months, the unit displayed a vertical white line across the entire screen, turned off. Any attempt to turn it back on showed the white line, make a loud click noise, and immediately turned back off. If you google this symptom you find that this is common for this model. Insanely unacceptable for a unit at this price point.

    Cracked Screen BestBuy or LG won't fix anything

    I bought 3 of these 55" and 1 of the 65". I got them all for my newly remodeled restaurant. However this is probably my last purchase on BestBuy. I will go spend my money somewhere else. I spent over $6000 in a week. I bought 4 LG TVs for my restaurant. Remodeling was not finished on the date as we planned. So I didn't even open the boxes for 2 weeks, because my dining room was not ready for the TVs. One of the Tvs came out of the box with a cracked screen! I called local BestBuy, they said they can't help because it's been over 2 weeks since I bought it. They asked me to call LG customer service. I called LG customer service, they won't fix the TV because it is an external issue, it is not an internal issue. Geek Squad won't fix it. LG customer service won't fix it. I have a broken TV with all the extra warranties and no one would like to help because I didn't get to open the TV box for 2 weeks. Terrible customer service so far on both sides. LG and BestBuy as well. I should have ordered the TVs from somewhere else. If no one helps me out, I know where to take my business next time.

    Would not buy again. Terrible warranty and customer service. Tv lasted just over one year before issues. No more LG for me.

    This TV is very hard to use. It's too technical. Between real tv and apps its awful. So sorry we bought this one.

    Did not like remote or picture Sony oiled much better Also must have 4 k picture for oiled to work Then it is nice or go on you tube Would give 5 out of 10 Do not listen to guys on you tube they are getting those tv free and say anything bad about them next year no tv

    I purchased my LG C1 55 inch 5 days ago. The picture quality is awesome but I have problems with the inputs auto switching to my PS5. The tv reset itself in the middle of programs or movies. It is frustrating after watching so many good reviews on this tv and spending that much money.

    The audio does not match the picture. We have to adjust the settings every time we turn on the tv and by the time were done watching after a couple of hours it’s back to not matching up again. I thought we just couldn’t figure out the settings so we missed the short return window of only 2.5 weeks from delivery day.

    I purchased tv and 9 months in ....few lines on the monitor. Did my best to change it at best but .but it was useless ...it's not their name brand.....tryed manufacturer and got so stressed that I just threw the tv away. I had it on the wall it was never touched and it still got weird lines......do not recommend.its too expensive
