    Miss my Samsung. Purchased for new game consoles. Picture is super dark. Have to switch settings frequently. Genuinely not a fan.

    This is overhyped for PC use, and I don't like how LG played G-Sync gamers into using this as a monitor.

    I love this tv it does 120fps at 4k with both my XSX and Ps5. when I got the tv I was worried about burn-in I have now used the tv for 3114 hours and I have no burn-in. the longest I play games is around 6 hours at a time. I Don't watch sports or news so I can't say if the logo would burn in overtime but I do watch YouTube and I Dont have any logos from them on my tv. I'm pretty confident at this point I will never see burn-in on this tv unless I keep the same thing on for days at a time. when I first got the tv I was paranoid about burn in and I Dont even think about it anymore! I would 100% buy this tv again it is worth every penny! The picture and sound are amazing. The brightness level for me is no problem because the blacks are perfect you don't need super bright lights when you can get deep blacks. I also am Sensitive to light so I'm very happy with the brightness!!

    TRASH. The lg tv’s are the most over rated tv’s on the market. The Sony 55 x90j destroys this tv in every way.

    Picture is fine, LG seems to think that sound doesn't matter. The TV only passes through stereo sound. The TV will not passthrough 5.1 so if you don't have a spankin new audio system STAY AWAY. LG also has not noted any intention to update to fix this. I did not expect this problem from a $1000+ piece off equipment. and regret the purchase

    Dim and Color Problems

    The brightness is unreasonably low, it is about 25% of the brightness as a standard LED. The menu is also very hard to navigate for less tech savvy. I did like that the remote was a pointer with motion controls. Also Colors on movies looked great but colors on the Nintendo switch looked wrong, no amount of tweaking seemed to fix it.

    It turns off by itself

    After 3 months the tv started turning off by itself. Called LG and the tech said the problem is the main panel. Now i have to wait weeks or months to get this problem fixed. Waste of money. Don't buy this tv doesn't last.

    Geek Squad Certified...Giant Pixel Line day 1

    Purchased an open box item 'like new' and geek squad certified. Turned on TV and it had a top to bottom pixel line of blown out white pixels. And the oled screen has no protective sheet in the box. Lame.

    This product is being returned. This product has questionable quality. I would not recommend this or any other product produced by LG. Additionally, LG Customer service would not return my phone calls.

    Bought Sept 11 and now it needs an update that requires a tech visit which is not available for 12 days. Tech line is hanging up. Can't get through. Not happy at all.

    This TV is the best investment I ever made. I own the 65 inch model. The picture quality is superb. Actually, everything is superb. The sound is the best I have ever had from a TV. Using the smart apps is a breeze - everything opens quickly, and runs flawlessly. Connecting to my home wifi is easy and quick. I also use an over the air antenna for local content, and this TV picks up more channels than any of my previous TVs. My guests love it because it has a great viewing angle. I have had my LG C1 for over a year and there have been no issues. The Magic Remote is fabulous. You can get this TV at a greatly reduced price to the LG C2, which is just a very slight upgrade to the C1. Do yourself a favor, and just get the C1. You will save hundreds of dollars and will not be disappointed. Oh and by the way, gaming is spectacular on the C1. Just a superb TV all around.

    So disappointed the whole tv looks blurry up close and from far as well it’s a overall bad tv my 2019 Samsung can do a better job at 4K then this tv do not buy!
