I bought this Tv in 2021. It worked awesome for 3 years, now the screen has gone out and the tv will not come on. Lg will not fix only has 1 year warranty . There are many people online with this same issue. Google lg C1. I only buy top tier products. I have never had a tv to go out ever and I have been buying tvs since 2002. I want my tv fixed. I’m not paying for a tv that breaks within 3 years. I have other lg products that have also went out early too. If someone doesn’t get up with me ASAP. I’m going write a honest review on them too. Needless to say those went out early too. Look at my acct. You can see that I’m not lying.

I will never purchase another LG TV again. I bought a highly rated, expensive LG TV several years ago. After about 3 years, it had severe burn-in issues that dramatically altered the picture and color. This was a common problem and LG did absolutely nothing when I contacted them. Be forewarned before you buy an LG TV.

Horrible experience.....the guys just dropped the TV off & didnt connect it at all or mount it or hall away the old Tv. My Tv is just sitting here in a box & I asked him would he at least connect it/hooked it up for as that what my ordered stated & he didn't ...I want a call back from Manager & that is unacceptable & i paid for the total tech at time of purchase as well

The power module failed after a little over a year after purchase and it costs more to repair than to buy a new TV. LG was no help. Search the internet "LGOLED keeps shutting down" lots of people having this problem and LG will not do anything about - your loss
