Worth it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After moving to a new place, we wanted to go all out with a brand new TV. Decided to go with this one after browsing in store. I was wowed by the colors of this line of TVs more than the other models on display, and it looks just as amazing in my home. We've had good experiences with other LG products, and I'm glad this also lived up to expectations (so far). Display is great, settings interface is easy to view and navigate, and the remote even has buttons to quickly go to common streaming apps. Perfect for any modern household.

Best TV I ever owned
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After following some online reviews settings for better picture quality and xbox settings this is hands down the best TV for the money! The Web OS is a little slow but thats ok for me since I have a 4K Roku for all my apps / streaming services anyway. Deep dark blacks and a great picture! Great for gaming and with four 2.1 HDMI ports this thing is future proof! If you have a bright room close the shades a bit to reduce glare and make sure you put the screen saver to turn on as quickly as possible to avoid the very small possibility of burn in. Get this TV while you still can!!!

Remote is frustrating and ...
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture is fantastic but there's a few frustrations... The big one is the remote it has some kind of cursor on the screen that activates when you pick up the remote. You cant turn it off, I talked with LG and they said the same.... very annoying so I would plan to purchase a universal remote that doesnt have this stupid annoying feature. Knocking the remote off the arm of a chair is enough to switch channels... apps etc etc... irritating. I've also seen the youtube app crash a few times..... I replaced this TV with an old XBR and the picture is very very good but in hind site I might have looked at the Sony equivalent.. seems silly but the remote is infuriating and whilst I'm all for trying new tech they should allow the user to use the remote in the way they want rather than shoving some dumb idea down everyones throat. Its an expensive TV and should be perfect but its not.

Amazing Picture
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful picture. Black levels are amazing and I can make out faces and details in dark scenes. I own a 65inch as well and very happy with both.

||Posted . Awesome picture quality at a reasonable price
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the C1 to replace a B7 that had developed burn in and, after a new panel was installed, a green blob in the middle of the screen. The difference between the two (when the B7 was new) is like night and day. The picture and sound quality of the C1 are simply amazing. I have a 4K BluRay DVD player and the C1 is the perfect TV to complement the enhanced picture and sound quality. I highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for an upgrade, especially at the $1,099 price point, and further recommend spending the money to have the Geek Squad install and setup the TV for you.

LED upgrade to OLED - Oh my!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Previously had a Vizio LED, which was a great little TV, but OH MY... what an upgrade to OLED is! The picture on this guy is amazing. Did some research and read only the Sony has a better picture, but at almost 2x the cost. Was fairly easy to set up, as well, though it is definitely a 2 person job, as they say. Picture settings are pretty good out of the box, though if you are inclined, you can find some settings out on the internet that will make your picture even better. Very happy with this purchase.

Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the TV. Excellent picture. Great with the Samsung -HW Q950A sound bar. Also great with a 4K Panasonic DP-UB820-K DVD player. Try it with the nvidea shield tv pro for streaming and the audio quest cinnamon hdmi cords to increase picture quality. Also use the echo dot with the clock for Alexa. Works great with the TV. I prefer the 55 inch version not too big or small. Best to use it with the Sanus swivel TV base rather than to hang it. Plus use the Bell‘O international for the TV stand. Recommend this TV to anybody.

Great TV!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hands down the best tv I've ever owned. Granted, I've generally leaned toward the mid-range Vizio's for my 4k viewing. However, I really wanted a tv that could support running my Xbox Series X and PS5 in 120hz with Atmos (eARC) without needing to put a console on an HDMI switch. This led me to get the Vizio OLED which had a great picture, but was buggy and unreliable in every other area. I returned that one and get this LG unit (55 inch). I currently have the Xbox Series X, PS5, AppleTV 4k, and Vizio Atmos soundbar hooked up and couldn't be happier with it. The setup was easy, and the UI is very intuitive. I love this tv!

LG OLED TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the first time I was able to buy an OLED TV that I wanted and dreamed about instead of budget surfing for products. This was an AMAZING purchase!! The quality of LG, the ease of installation and picture quality is perfect!! Watching just about anything is incredible! Baseball games are so crisp and clean can't wait for hockey and football season!! VERY pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend!! Only downfall is that I would also recommend a soundbar purchase to complete the home theater experience!

Excellent TV
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this 55" LG OLED to watch great movies and awesome science fiction TV series like "The Expanse". I was absolutely blown away by the minute details shown and the blackness of what black should be. I had set up an older LG soundbar with the TV but lately the soundbar started to come on and off without reason and I finally disengaged the soundbar altogether. I may invest in another soundbar or surround sound system in the future, but for the time being, the sound coming from the LG TV is good enough for me.

OLED's the way to go...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this T.V. to replace a 50" Plasma (which moved to the bedroom) that I had in a sitting room/guest bedroom. I wanted my wife to have a little home theater to go to when she wanted to watch a different movie. The picture is stellar and the bump up in size matters... on it's own, the T.V.'s sound is actually very good in a small room for casual viewing. Hooked to a stereo, it makes for a nice small H.T. experience. Highly recommended with one minor caveat... not really a fan of the LG remote. Maybe it's just because it is so different than the remotes I'm used to. But the picture is the main event.

Perfect upgrade for Next Gen gaming
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're in the market for a new tv to pair with a next gen gaming console, this should be on your shortlist for candidates. It has HDMI 2.1 ports (4 of them), a 120Hz refresh rate and 4K UHD resolution to fully harness the latest gen consoles. Animation and CGI cutscenes are gorgeous, taking advantage of the OLED display to let colors really pop. The built-in apps are relatively easy to set-up. With the HDMI Arc port, pair your console with a soundbar and you're on your way for gaming sessions or a movie night.

Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best picture I've ever seen. I watch Netflix and play Genshin Impact. It's great. My laptop's the bottleneck in my setup now to keep up with the 4k 60fps.

OLED 55C1 best purchase of the year
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this set to replace an older OLED that I had. I could not have asked for a better replacement. I had mixed feelings aboutvtge CX and the C1 but decided on the C1 due to the upgrades for the model. The picture is great and I have no issues with the set in a light room. Movies are exceptional through my UHD DVD player. I still have a lot of options to explore on this set, but so far I am more than happy with the choice i made

Absolutely stunning TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Words don't even begin to describe how gorgeous OLED TV pictures are. The infinite contrast ratio and deep blacks make for a gorgeous picture. HDR content looks great too, and as long as the room isn't in lots of direct sunlight this TV gets plenty bright. Incredibly happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this TV to others. It really makes watching movies and playing games so much more enjoyable. The VRR and freesync premium also works incredibly well with my 6700xt PC, so that is a great bonus.
