Love this TV. It has magnificent color. It is the second one I have purchased. I use the LG sound bar with it to help increase the volume.

As advertised -- great picture but truth is that, at least where I live, the broadcast systems do not transmit in HDTV. So, that crystal clear closed-system picture you see at Best Buy is not what actually exists in your home. Also, the sound quality for the C-1 is not optimal; particularly, when watching football events when there is a loud crowd, sometimes hard to hear the announcers clearly. I guess that means you have to spend more money on a sound bar.

Amazing tv, perfect for the ps5 and watching movies

Over all very good except for the Best Buy telephone order center. It took about two hours on December 1st to place an order much of the time waiting on hold. The the BB associate was speaking to me on a very inferior phone collection which made the entire transaction very unpleasant. I finally drove 30 miles to the nearest BB where very helpful staff were able to confirm that our LG 55" would in fact be delivered on the date promised.

I was very satisfied with my purchase of the LG OLED 55" TV. I was particular happy with the professional installation and set up of my tv. Magnolia and the Geek Squad did an excellent job. I would no hesitate to use them for other installations and upgrades.

The initial quality was excellent but after less than a year, the buttons on the remote control are worn so you can no longer tell which button is which. There is also a vertical line on the TV that has developed following the first automatic "pixel cleaning". LG is going to fix it under warranty, but I've had $300 TV's last for 6 years without issue.

The tv looks good in our location. The picture and sound is very good too. So far LG tvs are working better for us than Samsung tvs.

TV has excellent picture and is much smarter than me... it will take some learning to extract and utilize many of the smart features.

Upgraded from an ancient 1080p and holy smokes what a visual heaven it is to see. We bought it for our new xbox x primarily but even movies look magnificent on this thing. The scariest part was assembly because that display glass is soooo thin. Well worth the black friday price I paid for it.

Very great TV just make sure you wait to the hundred hour mark before you make judgment on the TV if you buy one cuz the color doesn't fully set in until 100 hours something people need to know about OLED

It is almost two years old and used almost every day!!!!!! works perfect no issues whatsoever. I replaced my Plasma tv that still works with this and so glad I did. Worth every penny.

Extremely happy with the OLED. I will only buy this quality going forward. I used to buy Samsung (had an awful experience) and the last couple of LG’s I’ve purchased have changed me. Better interface and this OLED quality has made me an LG OLED customer for now.

Wow, what a beautiful image. Still learning how to use all the features. The only thing I wish they had was a Composite Video input.

With OLED televisions I can say that it is one of the best decisions you can make. I have never had problems with the panel. I would definitely buy an LG OLED again

Nice quality. For the size, much lighter than expected. The picture is smaller than anticipated based on TV size, very clear picture.

Bought this after getting a DOR samsung tv. I have no regrets. Right out the box I could tell the quality of the TV parts etc were 10 times better than samsung. My only complaint is the bottom bar is super hard to put on at first other than that amazing TV. I love the screensaver pictures

First off this is my first LG TV in years, usually stuck to Samsung or Sony. I wanted a higher higher end tv for my setup and this tv met all expectations. Movie watching/streaming is great and video games feel and look great!

Great TV, bought it strictly for my PS5. The game optimizer mode is the main feature that sold me on this. 4 HDMI2.1 ports is a very great thing. Dolby Vision for TV and Movies is amazing.. HD video not so much, but still good quality.

We were impressed with the time and knowledge which the sales staff in deciding on this TV. Then the installation was flawless. They had everything working in short order and explained the features to us. We especially appreciated their knowledge of about streaming, etgc.

We purchased a TV and receiver after a home visit with Dalton Balagna. The service techs Stacy & Sergei were incredible as was Dalton on the home visit. Could not be happier or not satisfied with the quality of the TV and the great service we encountered through the purchase.
