Overall, it was a great experience and the people were knowledgeable and helpful to me. 2 things could have been handled a little better in my specific case. They told me that all my electronics would be covered by the tech support option I took. After seeing the paperwork, it appears only whit I buy while I have the policy in place is eligible for coverage. Also, I didn't realize the 5% rewards for paying my purchase off right away expired in only 2 months. I don't use your card very often.

Overall we have liked the tv but we have experienced issues with using the built in webos for running streaming apps. Notably Disney+ and Netflix experienced issues with videos not playing and the app crashing. When the videos don't play (stuck on loading) the only solution seems to be to unplug the tv and plug it back in. When using a Roku or Chromecast we experience no issues. When we do have issues loading videos we can switch to a streaming stick and they load just fine.

Installed the TV on 9/6/21. So far so good. Nice picture, I can't comment on sound quality due to having surround sound system.

love the colors had a sony x900h. i can see details, when im gaming bombs and beams are clear and not blurred out

I love this tv. Its been my favorite tv so far. I only wish it didn't come with most of the smart features and also allow more freedom for display settings.

I am very happy with my purchase. It is the nicest TV I have ever owned and I have enjoyed it immensely. It was pretty easy to set up myself, you just have to be really careful. You may want to let the store set it up, or follow the Youtube guide *(which is what I did.)

Got this last summer and couldn’t be happier with it. Paired it with an LG sound bar and it’s great. Onboard speakers aren’t good but that’s to be expected.

I couldn't be happier with my selection, after checking the ratings on Consumer Reports. This was actually the newer version of the one rated. The team member who brought the TV and installed it on mt wall was great, very knowledgeable and helpful by explaining everything to me.

One of the best TVs of ever owned. The screen is amazing and the built in apps are great. Also, the LG app can control the TV. Saved us once when we had left the TV on and I was able to turn it off while away in another state.

quality picture but the sound is off, maybe I dont have it turned in properly. Sports crowd noise sounds like turkeys

I don't have a lot of room so having my PS5, Xbox Series X and a PC with a 3080 hooked to it gives me one place to do everything. The gaming mode is great with no lag at all.

Greatest change to a home theater system you can make. Going from any tv to an OLED will change your life and your viewing habits. This happens to be one of the best OLED on the market is just more the merrier.

Did my research and decided LG OLED was best for price, They had them and the best price at a crazy time of year. Offered resonable haul away service. Overall a very pleasant experience as always ( I am a repeat customer) Would recommend them to others.

I have had my eye on this TV for quite some time. Wonderful clarity. The set-up was so easy with step-by-step instructions on the screen. I have trouble controlling the wheel on the remote, but I mostly use my FireTV remote.

Tv is a excellent tv but I was looking for more from a tv at this price.

Video quality Juggernaught! Spectacular HD10 processing on PrimeVideo, and eye-popping DolbyVision on Netflix. This blows away the normal 4K LED, and UHD when viewing the same shows on those services.

Ive been loving this tv so far. Admittedly i was a bit hesitant due to the lower brightness but since i keep my room relatively dark anyway its proven to be a non issue. I even prefer the tv's streaming apps over the ones on ps5 or Xbox.
