From the moment I unboxed this technological marvel, I was enveloped in a symphony of excitement. The sleek design was a visual feast, hinting at the cinematic adventure that awaited me. Setting up the TV was a breeze, thanks to the intuitive interface and user-friendly features. As I powered it on, the room transformed into a sanctuary of vivid colors and crystal-clear imagery. The 4K resolution was a revelation, breathing new life into my favorite movies and TV shows. The contrast ratio felt like a chiaroscuro masterpiece, with deep blacks and radiant whites dancing in perfect harmony. The sound system I additonally purchased, catapulted me into an immersive audio utopia. Every nuance, from the softest whisper to the thunderous roars, resonated with unparalleled clarity. It was as if I had a private cinema right in my living room. Gaming on this TV was nothing short of a revelation. The high refresh rate and low input lag turned every gaming session into an adrenaline-fueled adventure. It was a true testament to the marriage of cutting-edge technology and gaming nirvana.

We purchased this TV for my son and gaming. Originally, we had purchased a Sony. After 2 months it went through an update, and then the gaming aspect became unusable which was very irritating since the gaming features and specs were the reason we bought the TV. We decided to buy the LG C3 as LG has a great reputation for quality. We also purchased it as the new models were coming in so there would be no more updates to the C3 that could wreck the gaming aspect. My son had a friend who had already purchased this TV, did the updates and everything remained intact (actually made it even better!!) with the gaming functions. The picture is beautiful. The gaming features are fantastic. The picture and brightness are excellent. We have no complaints at all. We did buy the Best Buy 2-year extended warranty to be safe as TVs these days can be sensitive so we have found that warranty can be helpful. We highly recommend this TV.

The LG C3 55-inch OLED is nothing short of a visual masterpiece. Its stunning display captivates with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and an unmatched level of detail. The OLED technology brings images to life with precision, creating an immersive viewing experience that's hard to rival. The sleek design of the TV adds a touch of elegance to any room, and its thin profile enhances the overall aesthetic. Setting up the LG C3 was a breeze, and the user-friendly interface ensures a seamless navigation experience. What truly sets this TV apart is its advanced features. The inclusion of HDMI 2.1 ports ensures compatibility with the latest gaming consoles, delivering smooth gameplay and breathtaking graphics. The AI-driven picture and sound enhancements optimize content for an even more enjoyable experience. From movie nights to gaming sessions, the LG C3 has become the focal point of my entertainment setup. If you're in the market for a TV that combines cutting-edge technology with sleek design, the LG C3 55-inch OLED is a clear winner.

We bought this TV to replace an aging 32" LED TV. While the price point is a bit pricey (even on sale), the crispness of the picture and ease of installation took some of the sting out. What is disappointing is the proprietary video and audio play back options. I have several MPEG and MP3 files that I was able to watch on the old 32" LED TV that I can not listen/watch now because of Frame rate and CODEC issues. I neither have the time nor inclination to convert my files to satisfy the requirements for this TV. As much as this setup cost, and for it to be a "smart" TV, I'm not overly impressed. With the advanced video processors in these TV's now, on the fly conversion should not be an issue if your frame rates are above 30FPS. On a positive note, the Roku stick I have works perfectly, and the Direct TV setup works well. The built in sound from the TV is really decent, though I did purchase the Sonos Ray soundbar, and boy what a difference that made. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, and I'll be listening/watching my personal MGEG4/MPS files on another device.

Great brilliant color and picture. A little more of black vs other TV's. Easy to navigate. Don't really care for the pointer remote capability. It can be a pain sometimes, but you can click the down button to get to typical arrow selection. I do like the fact that it is a normal size remote. It's a great TV!!

This is my first 4K TV and the Best Buy rep had said that going to OLED from 1080p would be like going from a bicycle to a Ferrari. Not sure about that but this TV is a huge improvement from the SHARP 1080p I've been using for the last 9 nine years. The image quality is amazing, the size at 55 inches is perfect for my small living room and I picked it up on sale (still an investment) but worth it! My only complaint is that the remote control could be better and more intuitive, but that isn't enough to bring my experience down at all. Streaming Netflix and playing Switch has become next level!

I have thoroughly loved this TV. I researched TVs for about a year and decided on this one. The picture is incredibly crisp. I definitely recommend it. My only complaint is the remote control. The buttons aren’t intuitively placed, so I’m constantly hitting the home button which takes me out of whatever program app I’m watching. Plus, there is no light background on the remote so it’s very difficult for me to see. LG needs to redesign this remote. The delivery was very kind and professional!

The LG C3 is a picture perfect OLED TV. When it is on sale it truly is one of the best OLEDs for your money. The rich colors and deep blacks are amazing even with out of the box settings. If you take the time and fine tune all the picture settings like peak brightness, clarity and black/white levels it can become phenomenal. I use this mainly as a PC monitor for PC gaming running 4k 120hz is absolutely awesome. It has special settings for pc gaming also. Like low latency, nvidia gsync and AMD freesync. The one minor con is the speakers. They are definitely not bad but not amazing either, even a mid range soundbar makes all the difference. Try some true dolby atmos soundbars for some top tier sounds I also use this 55 inch as a normal TV also watching 4k uhd HDR content on amazon prime straight from the LG hub.

Incredible TV. The only complaint I have is that the remote is a little wonky. I own two Samsung TV’s and while I find this LG to be superior in overall picture and performance while gaming the remotes for the Samsungs are simpler and sleek.

This was my first OLED TV and I couldn’t find a flaw if I tried. Coupled with my Panasonic 4K player, PS5 and AppleTV, it really brings visual media to a whole new level. I love how vibrant the panel is and how easy the setup was. I think I might go bigger on my next one, but I’m perfectly happy to keep this tv around for a few years before upgrading. It’s totally worth the investment and is a good size for consuming any type of media. Be sure to get a soundbar to add to the enjoyment (even a cheap one will do). I’ve had this since November and with 600+ hours of screen-on time, it’s still running like a champ!

What is there to say? The picture quality is outstanding by far. It's the best TV I have owned to date. The blacks are deep, and the colors are vibrant. The menu is easy to use, and the sound quality is impressive from a built-in point of view. A few features to mention would be the screen savers, various to choose from, especially for those who like paintings or live paintings. TV is great for gaming, and the display is night and day compared to gaming on an HDTV. It's TV is worth every penny!

Purchase 3/17/2024. The picture is very bright and crisp. The 120Hz refresh rate is fantastic for anything you watch. If you like sports like I do then this LG is for you, it was the reason I purchased this TV. The sound quality is great, I don't have a sound bar and feel it's not needed, but maybe an upgrade later. My LG sits on an entertainment stand in my living room. One suggestion is to purchase from Best Buy HDMI cable like Rocketfish 8K, 2.1 certified cable, wow what a difference.

Upgraded from a 12 year old 46 inch, 1080p led to this. Even though I was still happy with my old one, I wanted something newer and a little bigger. Omg, what a difference in clarity, sharpness, brightness and color. I don’t have to worry about glare, so I can’t comment on that. Set up was easy, menu’s are clear and easy to understand. I have it hooked up to a surround sound system, so not sure how the quality of the speakers are. Overal very happy with my purchase.

This tv is so amazing. It's fantastic for gaming, watching movies and any other applications. It has extensive settings that can be adjusted to your preferences. 4k movies really show the picture quality at its best but video games look great too. This is my first OLED tv and I am very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended.

My wife never notices video picture quality but she said wow when watching some of her favorite shows. I was worried it wasnt going to be briggt enough compared to the comparable models from Sony and Samsung but this has been perfect, and for our space i couldnt even imagine brighter. We have Apple HomePods hooked up to it with the Apple TV and its everything we need, though far as thiin as this tv is, it has decent audio output. Ive pined after an oled for so long and oh how i couldnt be happier.
