The picture is great, was not too hard to setup and begin to use. "BUT" it is a smart TV that a 2 senior citizen("73") household is struggling to learn to use. LG does not provide a manual and the one online was not practical. I have been going to searches or AI asking how to setup and adjust things. We are getting there, I will adjust the audio assistance to off tonight. Very satisfied so far and will continue to search and AI how to use it all.

We've had our LG OLED TV for about a month now, and we’re very impressed with it. The picture quality is outstanding — incredibly sharp with deep blacks and vibrant, accurate colors that really make movies and shows come to life. It’s a noticeable step up from our previous TV. Whether we’re watching in a dark room or during the day, the display holds up beautifully. Overall, it's been a fantastic upgrade, and we’re very happy with the performance so far.

Great picture for a great price(open box). Fits the bedroom perfectly. My wife likes the low blue light setting

Picture quality is amazing! Deep blacks and vibrant colors! I was pleasantly surprised by the sound too! My video game audio sounds so much better now!

Reliable I purchased this to upgrade the LG 49" TV in the Master Bedroom. I do watch cable channels and some streaming services we have. Picture is bright and colors are great. What I really think shows off the picture quality is playing the X Box series X. Currently playing The Show 24. My wife has commented how real the players look. Looking forward to playing NHL 25 and the new COD Black Ops when it comes out. Sound isn't bad, Setup was easy. Overall quality of the TV, the way it was packed I would say is excellent. Reliability well, I have only had it for 3 weeks but if it is as dependable as our other 4 LG's (65" 2022, 49" 2016 and 43" 2019, 55" 2015)

This is our second LG - 55" C4. We purchased the first one 6 months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a lot of features and we are using the embedded apps instead of additional outboard digital media player which makes operation and maintenance much simpler. We decided to purchase another one for another room and are pleased with it as well. We would highly recommend it.

After much deliberation and watching reviews of TVs, I came upon this set and absolutely love it. The blacks are black, smooth motion while gaming and superb performance while watching movies.

Gorgeous TV, I've never splurged on a TV, always got the "4k qled" or crystal tvs that are basically marketing schemes. This TV is absolutely better than almost every TV I see in the average person's living room. Beautiful display, great settings to change the look for specific media. HDR is great for gaming. Sound is excellent as well, I was looking at sound bars initially, but I don't think it needs it

The Tv is awesome, the colos and resolution are beautiful. The AI work perfectly and the 144htz on movies and videogames work without problems.

Love this TV. Was an upgrade from 6 years of using a Samsung NU700. After 8 months of use with this. I finally have the settings that work well for Me. Even on SDR with an Apple TV Box, the colors pop and feel more natural.

This tv is 100% worth it. I love how bright the colors are and go the blacks are actually black not grey. The LG system is a lil wonky but it’s a small inconvenience for how great the tv is.

It’s a OLED I did have to wait for the price to drop and it was hard getting rid of Samsung that I had forever but once I made the change and saw that finally the C Class had a sale I had to go in for the kill and get it. To me honestly the 55” is the best size but the 60” is probably icing ohh and I also had to buy the Lg soundbar

Great picture with nice features. If there is a downside... Today's TVs are very complexed with their connections to networks and smart devices. Unfortunately, TVs don't come with operation manuals, yet they need some sort of tutor, a instructional DVD, on-line help. The controls and features are not intuitive.

I love This TV it's the perfect size and it has an awesome picture.

LG OLED evo AI 55 inch TV -- Absolutely the best television set I've ever owned. Picture clarity, resolution, sound -- top drawer!

My son-in-law helped me pick out this TV, and I just love it!! First, the quality is amazing! Great color and such a clear image, and the sound is good too! Second, it was super easy for the two of us to unpack it (cool lift off box!) and with a little help from my grandson, set it on the console, turned it on and set up was a breeze!! I still watch it with a smile on my face because it’s so lovely.

Excellent tv for all around use. Gaming, movies and Sports. Highly recommended. I switch to LG for tv years ago and don’t regret it. Good value and some of the best picture quality. We own three different models now ranging from inexpensive to a one of their priciest models.
