Tv is phenomenal quality for gaming or movies, playing 4k Warzone is great very low latency and the customer service at Best Buy was easy to deal

I got this particular item because it is not as expensive as a standard computer monitor. The added programs are a bonus. A game library is included. You'll need a separate controller. Possible preferably a wireless Bluetooth controller. I have a wired controller which makes navigating the tv easier. However it will not work with the game hub. That's a low point but since some require a prescription, I will hold off on investigating further

Tv is great. Problem with sound bar we ordered. It did not come Olin so we had to go with another one. Delivery was fine once they arrived. Geek squad that delivered and installed were great and hooked everything up in a timely manner.

I love the TV. We’ve always had Samsung TV’s so it’s taking a little time to get used to the differences. I also would love the color be the same as it is when you are looking at it in the store. Always seems when you get it home , even if you change the settings, still looks a little duller than the sharp color contrasts in the store.

Purchased a C5 55” for my bedroom and was a perfect fit for my space. It is super bright around 1,200 nitts and I find myself changing the picture setting to cinema to slighty lower the brightness when watching at night. That would be the only concern I have with this TV and everything else is pristine. I like what LG did with the remote this year as well, simple button layout, light weight, and you can also use your phone as the remote as well.

Two lines appeared on my tv screen while I was watching a movie. I then smelt something burning and quickly turned off the tv. After a minute, I attempted to turn on the tv and it was completely blank. The panel had burn marks, so I’m assuming this was a burn in problem. Which is crazy because I only had the tv for 8 days. I’m so disappointed about this but luckily I was able to return it. Beautiful while it lasted. Buyers beware!
Hi, Elijah. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG TV (OLED55C5PUA) model. We understand how important it is to have your unit deliver reliable performance right from the start. The issue you described—lines on the screen, burning smell, and panel damage—is not typical of OLED burn‑in, which usually appears gradually as image retention. What you experienced sounds more like an electrical or panel fault.
For future OLED use, one helpful step is to enable OLED Panel Care features such as Pixel Refresher and Screen Shift under Settings > Picture > OLED Panel Care. These tools are designed to maintain panel health and prevent image retention. You can find more guidance here: https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-OLED55C5PUA.AUS. If you need further assistance, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can support you directly. ^Juvy

This is my second LG OLED. We have a larger one running the Xbox. This TV is for the living room and is replacing a Samsung QLED that delaminated. I think you need to go to Best Buy and look at each TV. I love this picture but my wife liked the Samsung more. I find the picture crisp and great for general TV watching including sports. The interface and main home screen is easy to use and I found it easy to add and subtract apps like Netflix and Apple TV and Prime. LG TV is actually kind of nice if you are looking for a free TV viewing option. I use a soundbar but the speakers for TV aren't bad. Not great but not bad.
I have a single complaint. The remote has an arrow that comes up and you are supposed to use it to point at things. I hate the thing and wish I could turn it off for EVER! But you can't turn it off forever you have to hit the down key and it goes away. But it sucks and they should allow me to make it go bye-bye!

Easy setup, excellent picture quality, exceptional clarity even in bright light. Simplified connectivity to external devices with multiple connection options and easy to follow setup prompts. I am impressed with the OLED imagine from bright colors to dark hues and a great range of viewing angles. Even if you do not connect external speakers, the audio is immersive right from the television speakers. I mounted the television on the wall and was surprised how simple it was. The remote if easy to use and the onscreen apps are simple to navigate. I did my research and compared a bunch of televisions. I am glad I made the choice to purchase this LG model, so much so, I bought the 77 inch model for the game room. I highly recommend this television or any of the sizes it comes in. I know you will not be disappointed,

My first Oled purchase replacing a Hisesnse U8H that had backlight problems. This TV is very light in weight and was very simple to set up. I have it connected to a Bose Ultra Smart soundbar, an Apple TV 4k and a PS5 and I use Directv for streaming. All work fine with no problems. The stock speakers in the tv are less than great and you definately need a soundbar. Tried out the built-in WebOS system and it was easy to navigate. It will allow you to stream a huge amount of content including local channels. I see others bashing the provided magic remote and don't know why. I do use the Apple 4k remote 90% of the time, but you still need the magic remote for things like setup and picture modes and ajustments. Spend some time on Youtube for using the remote and you'll have it down in no time. The out of the box picture modes are ok, but definately need some tweaks and calibration adjustments to go from just ok to WOW, Again Youtube can assist with these. Got this from BB on sale for $1299. This tv is WOLED technology not quantum dot, but comapred to the cost of the LG Gallery series or the Samsung quantum dots at $1000 or more, it more than holds its own in color, brightness and clarity with the right settings. Super happy I went with it.
