Coming from a LG C4 this TV looks great and has more Brightness. The new smart remote is also nice. Love the fact that you can view two screens at once. I use it for pc gaming and sim racing at 144hz with G Sync and works great!

Great TV best picture going. Excellent black tones and color contrast . The smart TV functions with AI are really impressive . The OLED format is defineitly a game changer in regards to a premium TV package. This TV is worth every penny extra when compared to other TV formats . Go for it you will not regret it !

I have been using the C series OLED LG since 2020. I have one in the living room and one in my daughters room and purchased one for my bedroom Aug2025. Absolutely the best OLED out there. Great picture and the WebOS is fantastic as well. I am a gamer and bought specifically for gaming. I am extremely pleased with this product!

Love the colors and brightness. Interface is way better then what Samsung uses which lagged so much. Only con I could find that it can warm up a room.

I upgraded from a basic Samsung tv, and this is a world of a difference. I especially like the 120hz refresh rate for gaming. It is very bright with the OLED display and I have zero complaints

This is my first OLED and so far the colors are fabulous and dark scenes have features! It is also my first LG after many Samsungs. I can also view the screen from an angle much better than my QLED. I find the LG search feature a little annoying because instead of listing the names of apps that offer the same show, it shows pictures. I do not know the logos of the various apps and cannot read the tiny print on the logo. I guess eventually I will learn but a list would be so much easier. Ie Apple TV, Prime, Pluto, etc. I am ok with the remote- at least it has batteries and isn’t solar. I find the center select button- which also scrolls- to be too sensitive and scrolls when I don’t want to. It has an adjustment somewhere in the menus which maybe will improve this.

    Perfect For Me

I bought this to upgrade from an LG C2 65". I downsized to the 55" because my viewing area was closer at my current property than with the 65" at my previous home -- the 65" was actually giving me a little eye strain. I was "waffling" on whether to buy now or wait but decided to buy now for a couple of reasons: (1) there is an issue with C2 tvs and Windows 11 HDR. I had to turn off HDR to keep the screen colors correct. (2) As with many other items, I was worried about tariffs bumping the price, even though they were recently discounted. I am glad I mad the purchase. The pictures in streaming, antenna TV, and WIndows 11 PC are simply brilliant. I am just using the Cinema Home preset and all AI functions turned off and cannot be more pleased with the picture. Note that I am using EARC to my home theater receiver for audio, so I can't speak to the TV's native audio. As long as the price stays discounted, I highly recommend this TV.

As good as everyone says it is. Using it as a PC monitor and PS5 monitor. Comes with a stand unlike the G5 series. Perfect blacks, responsivr for fighting games, quick to startup, etc. 55” is too big for most people, get the 42” if its on a desk. I gor the 55” for “story” type games, but for FPS games i wouldt get anything bigger than 42”, which is alreeady too big for most people.

My first OLED TV and I'm blown away. The picture quality of the LG C5 OLED TV is simply amazing, I couldnt be any happier. The webOS operating system is simple and easy to use. If you're in the market for an OLED TV, this is the one. I'm running the sound through a reciever via the eARC HDMI port, so I can't really attest to the sound quality of the TV.

I bought this LG OLED AI 4K UHD WebOS Quantum Pizza Supreme TV after hearing it could read minds and whisper sweet nothings to me through the HDMI port. It arrived in a box large enough to bury my past mistakes in. Setup was easy. The TV asked me about my childhood trauma, and then installed itself. AI Picture Pro now shows me visions of alternate timelines where I made better choices. The blacks are so deep I fell into one and emerged three days later, spiritually cleansed. I tried to watch the news, but the TV gently suggested “Paddington 2” instead. It was right. It’s always right. It knows what I need. I no longer sleep. I just stand in front of the screen, bathed in pixel perfection, absorbing plotless YouTube videos at 4K resolution until my soul ascends. Would I recommend it? Absolutely not. This is my TV. You can get your own sentient rectangle. This one knows my name and calls me “Captain.”

The LG OLED TV is great, the customer service we received at Best Buy was something you don't see anymore so it was wonderful! Bought at 55" Samsung Nano TV, had it installed and we thought the picture quality was horrible, washed out in our seasons room, not clear, definitely not an OLED which it replaced. Went to Best Buy, explained the situation, they said pick out a new TV which we did (55" LG OLED) they sent an installer out to pack up old TV, install new TV and it was wonderful. Paid the difference between the price of the two TVs and we were good to go. This was wonderful service, made us so happy we had bought at Best Buy!

This is my second LG OLED. We have a larger one running the Xbox. This TV is for the living room and is replacing a Samsung QLED that delaminated. I think you need to go to Best Buy and look at each TV. I love this picture but my wife liked the Samsung more. I find the picture crisp and great for general TV watching including sports. The interface and main home screen is easy to use and I found it easy to add and subtract apps like Netflix and Apple TV and Prime. LG TV is actually kind of nice if you are looking for a free TV viewing option. I use a soundbar but the speakers for TV aren't bad. Not great but not bad. I have a single complaint. The remote has an arrow that comes up and you are supposed to use it to point at things. I hate the thing and wish I could turn it off for EVER! But you can't turn it off forever you have to hit the down key and it goes away. But it sucks and they should allow me to make it go bye-bye!

This TV has a super picture. When I stream in 4K it's even better than what my cable box puts out. Definitely worth the upgrade to OLED.

My tv stopped working the day before I planned to have a full day of binge watching. I was set to purchase the LG G4 OLED and get to streaming. Unfortunately, the deal I was eyeing was gone so after talking with an in store associate they convinced me that the newest C5 was basically the G4 in better packaging (webos) so with my goal in mind and a little light research I bought the C5. I don't regret it one bit. The picture/color quality and AI smart features are by far my favorite aspect about this tv. I still have more to figure out for preferred settings, but straight out the box, this works like a dream!

I’m absolutely thrilled with the LG C5 OLED TV — this is a total ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience! The picture quality is stunning thanks to OLED evo technology with perfect black levels and vibrant, true-to-life colors that make movies, shows, and games pop like never before. The AI Gen8 processor ensures smooth, crisp visuals and great upscaling of all content, while the smart webOS platform gives fast access to all my favorite streaming apps. Gamers will love the lightning-fast response time and HDMI 2.1 support for next-gen consoles. Whether you’re watching in bright rooms or cozy dark settings, this TV delivers premium performance and entertainment value — highly recommended!
