I was on the fence purchasing an OLED tv based on other people’s experience. I finally decided that this is what I wanted and just bought it. I purchased the 55”. I can say, after nearly two weeks I don’t regret it. I upgraded from a Vizio P Series from 2018. This is my first OLED and the absolute best tv I ever had. The contrast is absolutely out of this world. The brightness is really great too, even for a bright room like mine is in. [Just make sure the tv won’t take direct sun light if you decide to purchase this TV.] One hiccup I had with this TV was with the mount I had from my previous TV. The brackets/extenders didn’t configure with this TV, or at least I couldn’t figure it out. I ended having to purchase extenders and got it to work. That was my fault though and does not justify to affect the rating. Needless to say just purchase this TV if you have the funds and enjoy it. There are videos online that are perfect to adjust the display settings, etc. I would just say make sure it will configure to your current mount if you are upgrading.

Placed this in our master bedroom where there are a lot of windows and natural ight. The picture is beautiful on this tv. Love the deep black and the depth in the picture.

This is my first LG tv. Perfect size for above fireplace. Perfect picture quality and sound and brightness. I also just bought a LG refridgerator.

Beautiful TV, great picture, easy install. I do think the remote control is not great, using cable remote when possible.

On sale this was a steal. My son through the remote at my old C1, and it never came back on. I was very disappointed until my wife let me pick this out. I almost went for the G5, but at $1000 more but not $1000 better, I stuck with the C5. This will be my go to TV in the house for the next several years! The black levels are the signature of LG but I really noticed the difference on the color spectrum. This one seemed to hit places the C1 didn't. 4 HDMI 2.1s instead of the measly 1 I had prior is also top notch. I was also very surprised by how good the AI sound was.

Stunning picture, vibrant colors, pixel cleaning feature really comes in handy. The best part of pixel cleaning with the 25 model is it takes only 10 mins now compared to the 20 model which took an hour. Easy to access other features like Alexa to control your smart devices such as lights and turning the tv on and off itself. This is a tv that is good for gaming and it’s basically its own Xbox. I’m a PlayStation person myself but knowing I have both at my disposal now is really gratifying. Plenty of hdmi outlets, non complicated backing as well. The transitions when gaming and the output is top notch. Smooth and seamless. Gamers need to consider this tv.

I had a B Series for ten years and it's still working great for my nephew. Gifting it gave me an excuse to buy this C Series. As great as my first one was, this is better; it is much easier to change the Picture Mode from Filmmaker for standard viewing and Vivid for sports viewing - and it makes a huge difference. It has also allowed me to place most apps directly on the TV and off my Roku, so I only need one remote nearby. I love it.

I always wanted a LG oled tv but was afraid of the burn in everybody talked about but they said the new LG OLED TVs have a lot less risk of burn in thanks to the new technology. So I decided to buy a 2000 dollar LG c5 OLED 55 in tv. With all the discounts and promotional discount I got it for 1200 dollars. The color and brightness is amazing. I tweaked the settings down to my liking. Once you go OLED you'll never go back. Just my personal opinion. Thank you Best Buy for all the help.

Tv looks great. Great picture quality. Only thing it lacks is sound. I paired it with an samsung soundbar and it sounds and looks great

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new TV! And, after checking around, I discovered that I got it for a great price, too! The Best Buy staff was really helpful, since buying a new TV can be a bit overwhelming, but they were right there guiding me and answering al my questions. I’m more than thrilled with my purchase!

My new LG tv has a very clean and clear picture. It was very easy to set up and use. Love that all the Apps are easy to find.

Picture is amazing. This is my second OLED. First was an LG 77” this one is even more crisp

It has great picture and refresh. It does take a minute to change from the app screen to cable. But overall, the TV is well worth the value.

The TV has a beautiful picture and a pleasing minimalist style. Researched this item for a few months before purchase and so far am not disappointed. Haven't yet found the perfect color balancing settings but will keep looking for the right adjustments.
