The young man helped us with our purchase. He was kind and explained the tv to us, no rushing us. They helped put the tv in our car as well! The tv is great, the picture has beautiful color and features. I highly recommend Best Buy and this tv.

For work to connect to a pc and for streaming / connect to cable. It’s doesn’t hit the mark as getting sound out of it is a challenge. I’ve had to connect other Bluetooth devices for that purpose. The lack of a remote control is also a challenge if you are watching TV / streaming.

To ensure you are getting the best sound output, please verify that the "Sound Out" setting in the TV menu is correctly set to "Internal TV Speaker" or your preferred output source. We understand that the lack of a physical remote makes switching between tasks difficult, and we recommend using the LG ThinQ app on your smartphone as a digital remote for easier navigation.

There are some other TV’s of the same size that are much less expensive but this one got special capabilities that I don’t want to give up.
